  This childcare facility was a huge disappointment and I would strongly caution other parents before enrolling their children here. My kids were repeatedly excluded and treated unfairly, while certain children were clearly favored. This kind of behavior is unacceptable in any setting, but especially in childcare where every child deserves to feel valued and included. It was obvious to both me and my children that favoritism dictated how they were treated. No child should come home asking why they aren’t good enough or why they’re being left out. That is not just poor care — it is harmful. When I voiced my concerns, the staff showed little accountability and no real willingness to change. The lack of professionalism, compassion, and fairness speaks volumes. Parents trust childcare providers with the well-being of their children, and this facility failed that responsibility. I do not recommend this place to anyone who expects equal treatment, inclusivity, and basic respect for their children.

  Director lying to the families to manipulate them for good reviews, she’s having her family members write them acting like they have kids enrolled, the director and assistant director don’t have childcare for their older children so they bring them into work to bully the kids paying to go there on any school day off and let them sit on their iPads all day eating the schools food, pinpointed aggressive consequences only for the children of the families they don’t like (making them stand in corners and stare at walls for 30 minutes, incessant yelling at the kids, grabbing and pushing the kids -my boys had plenty of bruises that were never explained) instructing teachers to be mean to certain kids, another kid sexually touching another with no consequence or incident report for that kid telling my son “well just don’t talk to him anymore” they also don’t spray the grass outside so the boys would come home with millions of bug bites it was so awful. The director sent out a school wide email telling all the families I’m mad they wouldn’t let my kids be line leaders and that’s why I’m upset; she also told them that THEY unenrolled my boys, not me emergency pulling them out. All of the corporate claims I have filed keep getting deleted by the director so she doesn’t get in trouble. I was not paid to write this post. My only motivation is help other parents not have to go through what we did. This daycare is run by the children. No structure, complete chaos. The director and assistant director are basically children themselves, acting out of spite and personal vendettas in their own work place. It’s a true shame. I do not recommend this daycare facility or ANY Kindercare for that matter. If you expect your children to be treated with love and respect you won’t find that here. You will find a rotating door of employees, your kids melting down everyday after how they were mistreated, the VPK teacher Maria put her hands on my daughter more then once

  STAY FAR AWAY from this daycare. Absolutely disgusted how they are treating the kids. Putting their hands on the children, and purposely pin pointing them. Facility is dirty, teachers are not properly trained. Whatever you do, do not send your child here.

  This is an excellent daycare that we can’t say enough good things about. The teachers and staff are extremely welcoming and caring. They made our daughter feel loved. They even styled her hair when mom was out of town. You can really tell that the Director and Assistant Director love and enjoy what they do. The facilities are safe and well maintained. Snacks and food were always available to our daughter. 10/10 recommend.

  I would give them 10 stars if I could. We absolutely love East Boca Kindercare! Our daughter loved all of her teachers (Becca, Natalie, Addy) and the entire staff. The Director and Assistant Director are truly the best. They make you feel so welcomed and included. They genuinely care about the kids and their happiness. They share and track your child’s activities throughout the day so you are constantly in the know. The facility is clean and orderly but fun and inviting. The teachers actually teach the kids instead of just babysitting. They plan fun activities and send home their masterpieces. They truly go above and beyond.
