I NOTICED THAT MY PREVIOUS REVIEW FROM YESTERDAY WAS DELETED, SO I CAME BACK WITH A NAME. IF THIS ONE GETS DELETED I AM COMING BACK WITH PHOTOS. Worst experience ever. My advisor Heleny Leon tried to tell me I had to re-take my teas test. I made a 89%. I'm assuming because I'm black I didn't get accepted because they thought I cheated on my Teas test. Get to work and my co-worker made the exact score I did on her Teas. Her previous scores were just as low as mine. Funny how she got accepted to the program and I did not. I would not recommend this school to anyone. They are in fact racist. These schools are rip offs and only allow a certain amount of black students before they start turning us around. I am so upset how admissions treated me. I asked could they refund me the money I spent on my Teas official transcript and I got ignored and was just told that I was denied entry to the school. I am in fact taking legal matters into my own hand. Its time these schools get recognized for RACISM!!!

I made a 89% on my ATI Teas score from another school and was denied entry because they assumed I cheated on my exam. Racist school who is only accepting one race. Trust me, Im glad I was not accepted. I had a horrible experience just trying to get in. The staff are horrible!!! The reviews do not lie.

Once enrolled, you’ll quickly realize that many students share the same concerns. The curriculum changes almost every semester, so even if you retake a class, you’ll often face entirely new material. Faculty turnover is also frequent, with instructors sometimes setting their own rules. Notably, the Dean now also serves as a professor. Much of the instruction relies heavily on PowerPoint slides, some of which contain errors, with faculty attributing mistakes to AI-generated content. Exams are often curved, either because they include questions unrelated to the assigned chapters or because the overall performance requires grade adjustments. While admission may be relatively accessible, engaging with the program can be difficult. Effective communication largely depends on being added to faculty phone call lists through Microsoft Teams. Additionally, campus logistics can be frustrating—students are required to park across the street, despite the presence of an on-campus parking garage that remains off-limits. Many students report high levels of stress, often feeling they must teach themselves due to the limited effectiveness of lecture materials. The program can give students the impression they are “on track,” only for them to later discover otherwise. On a positive note, Professors Neville, Moise, and Professor P come highly recommended. My stars are for them. They are known for going above and beyond, teaching across multiple subject areas and fostering a sense of collaboration—recognizing that in this environment, it truly “takes a village.” Before investing your time and money, be sure to thoroughly research the program and weigh the experiences of current and past students.

I have now been in the Rasmussen college nursing community for a year! I have 3 quarters left in the Accelerated Bachelors of Nursing program. The faculty have been helpful since day one even from just passing the Teas test. Nana Osei-Bonsu worked with me since day one for success into the nursing program. He among the other staff members always greet you with a smile and really go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need to succeed. The Dean of Nursing for Rasmussen, Dr. Alyson Hamilton and the Campus Director, Miss Sharon, have been of great help to myself and my peers to succeed and to encourage us to never give up and keep moving forward through the trying times as nursing students. This school has really made me feel at home. They have a lobby where they allow people bring and leave food/snacks for each other. This is just one small example of how this college is a community. The professors strive to help the students understand the material to apply to real life scenarios in our future as nurses. I look forward to the rest Of my time at Rasmussen and would 10/10 recommend it for Future nursing students in the Orlando area. :)
