  Newly graduated student of the esthetics program at this beautiful school! I took the night program for the required 600 hrs and it was great for a full time work schedule. Mrs. Tesha left me and my fellow class mates prepared with knowledge in the books and hands on for the state board and beyond. I would suggest this program to any who want to get into the beauty industry whether it be cosmetology, nails, or esthetics with a program director/teacher with real world experience and expertise. This stands for all programs at the school, love it!

  Alternatives Beauty School is an incredible school! I did the esthetics course and I learned so much in such a small amount of time! The course is very hands-on and helped me to feel very confident about going into this industry. This is a great place to be if you want to learn not only about skin, hair etc.. but the business aspect of the beauty industry as well! Mrs. Tesha is very knowledgeable, and really makes the class enjoyable! I highly recommend taking classes here, or coming in for services! The students are great at what they do. :)

  Had a wonderful experience at alternatives beauty school. Went in looking to do the nail program, but as soon as I spent time with Ms. T, I knew I wanted to do the entire cosmetology program. Great program and excellent teacher. Ms. T puts her all into the school and her students! I would highly recommend her program!

  my fiancé got his locs done here, the salon itself is clean and spacious. the instructor and the student that worked in his hair are both amazing and kind. the instructor taught me how to take care of his locs and how to groom them, explaining it in simple terms.

  Tesha is an amazing instructor. Very hands on learning. I got individuals and had 2 students working in my head together. They did great being though they learned a new technique of braiding that day then used that technique to braid my hair. I also got a pedicure while there. I learned so much about my hair and the students was so pleasant. I will be returning for my scalp treatment ☺️
