My experience with Primrose Daycare has been very positive overall. My son has been attending since the center first opened, so I’ve been able to see how things have grown and changed over time. Like any place, there have been some adjustments and transitions as the school developed, but overall the experience for my family has remained great. One thing I really appreciate is the communication. The staff does a wonderful job keeping parents informed about our toddlers—whether it’s updates about their day, incidents, or any specific needs they may have. It gives me peace of mind knowing that the teachers and staff are attentive and willing to communicate openly. Recently, I also enrolled my 7-month-old, and the teachers in the infant room have been exceptional. What made the transition even more comforting is that many of the teachers were previously part of my toddler’s class, so we were already familiar with them and trusted their care. They are patient, nurturing, and clearly experienced with young children. The school also does a great job creating a fun environment for the kids with holiday parties, parades, and special activities throughout the year. It really helps build a sense of community and excitement for the children. My only real dislike is that they don’t take the kids on field trips. It would be nice for the children to have those opportunities for outside learning experiences as they get older. Overall, I’m grateful for the care and attention my children receive at Primrose. The teachers and staff truly make a difference, and it has been a positive place for my kids to grow and learn.

My experience with Primrose School has been very positive. The staff is professional, well organized, and attentive to children’s development. I have seen real growth and progress in my child, and I feel confident and reassured every day. Communication with parents is clear and consistent. I highly recommend this childcare center.

I love the generosity from all the staff. Ms.Diane and Ms.Binta made it easy transitioning my little one from his old school. The location is very accessible.

Similar to John L. below, we had a similar terrible experience at Primrose. I was familiar with the brand and quite excited to start our child here due to the reputation and the aesthetic of the facilities. Prior to our child starting (as an infant - just over a year ago) we had paid the deposit, confirmed the start date via email and in-person. We requested a quick tour a few days before she started and it was agreed to. We showed up and no one knew who we were. They requested our child’s paperwork, which I had already sent via email and dropped off physical copies due to our child’s health issues) - so I provided it all again and showed them that I had already provided it. We requested to speak with the Director and had to wait awhile to be seen - and while apologetic, we made it clear that for the price tag we expected better organization and care. We all make mistakes and while these mistakes seemed glaring and cause for concern, we decided to be honest and provide a second chance. By the end of the first week, we had already been sent home with someone else’s breastmilk and were given little to no updates on our child’s day / progress. Part of the problem was likely the limited (English) language capabilities of teachers, but once again we decided to wait it out because the teachers were nice and caring. We requested better communication (we spoke to the director) and requested that they ensured our child’s milk (which was labeled appropriately) was given to her and we were sent home with it. As the next few weeks progressed, we had even more concerns come up - continued disorganization, little to no communication via text/app/email, and our child frequently coming home in different clothes and being told she threw up (which happens - but mysteriously it only happened as frequently when at this daycare). Eventually we decided to pull her when it became obvious that our concerns would not be addressed and that our child’s health was impacted. The decision was made all the easier when we tried to get ahold of the owner by phone and email multiple times and never received a response until we confirmed we would be pulling our child from the daycare. We have since moved on to a different daycare and the difference is night and day - clear communication, organized, daily updates, and our child’s health and abilities are flourishing. While I can hope these issues I’m noting above have been fixed, I would seriously caution any parent to request specific expectations for communication, security, organization, and the training of the daycare workers. For the price you pay for this daycare, you better be getting top tier service. We personally would tell any friend / family to avoid this daycare altogether.
