DOL KinderCare has been a great experience from my daughter & myself. The staff is amazing, very polite, excellent with communication across the board. This is my daughter’s first experience in a school setting and she absolutely loves it. She’s learning a lot, I highly recommend .

We couldn't recommend this daycare more! The teachers are incredibly thoughtful, diligent, creative, and have instilled great responsibility in our child. The leadership staff is incredible! The classrooms and playground are the best on the Hill! You won't regret sending your child here, it's been an incredible experience!

Finding a good Day Care for your child in the DC area has to rank up there with one of the more stressful life decisions. Luckily, we discovered the Child Development Center at the Department of Labor! Walking in the doors is like a warm embrace where the teachers are fully vested in your children and their development. I'm constantly amazed at the ability of the teachers to impart knowledge and life skills in fun and engaging ways. One exciting feature of the Center is that they send you photos and a daily report each day (through e-mail or accessible on an app) so you can see all the things your child has been doing. Last week my 18 month old son was learning about how bugs move and I got a picture of him crawling and then pretending to fly. My other son has moved on to DCPS and the firm foundation that was built at DOL was evident in terms of his letter and number recognition and social skills. What a relief it is to know that while I'm at work my kids have been in such good hands!
