  If I could rate this place a 0 I indeed would. My two kids attended for a few months. It was horrible for them. My daughter got a uti due to their carelessness with assisting in potty training. consistently came home dirty. No updates on toileting after continuous requests. The boys and girls go to the bathroom together but when I toured it was stated that they had separate bathrooms. My kids were continuously coming home with runny noses and coughs but as soon as they were kept home for a few days they were fine. My other child would continuously come home w food stuck into his clothes hair and face. He was not eating each time he would attend and would cry every single time. Consistently. My daughter came home shortly after starting stating someone was hitting her. And to put the icing on the cake they have hired a worker who is a bottle girl posting exposing herself on social medias. Personally that is not someone I would want around my children. Overall a horrible experience and I would not recommend to any parent. I personally believe it is extremely overpriced for the care provided as well. Continuously understaffed and asking parents to keep kids home.

  Being a first time mom choosing care was such a scary decision, but Kindercare put my mind at ease. I felt comfortable and confident that my child would be safe and loved when I had to work. From Miss.Joy who is the warmest and kindest soul to start off with in the infant room, to Miss.Amanda who is so talented and patient with the toddlers with all of her fun and creative activities, and Moss.Kaylee who is so kind and caring. And all staff we run into or chat with are all the warmest and most reassuring bunch. If you are looking for a place to send your child/children where you can actually feel at ease and confident your little one is cared for, this is the place!

  My daughter is nearly 3 years old and has been attending Torrington Kindercare for 2 years. When we relocated here, we were in a desperate situation to find childcare, so we opted for the first available option we came across... and it turned out to be the best decision we ever made! Being a mother makes it difficult to trust anyone with your child, but I am incredibly fortunate to have such amazing caregivers for my child. Every day, she eagerly awakens with enthusiasm to attend "daycare" because she is adored by them and they treat her like family, making her cherish the opportunity to see her teachers and friends. Their communication is excellent, and they are always available to assist you with any questions you may have. ——————————- Mi hija tiene casi 3 años y asiste a Torrington Kindercare durante 2 años. Cuando nos mudamos aquí, estábamos en una situación desesperada por encontrar cuidado infantil, así que optamos por la primera opción disponible que encontramos... ¡y resultó ser la mejor decisión que tomamos! Ser madre hace que sea difícil confiarle a alguien su hija, pero soy increíblemente afortunada de contar con cuidadores tan maravillosos para mi hija. Todos los días, se despierta con entusiasmo para asistir a la "escuela" porque ellos la adoran y la tratan como a una familia, lo que le hace apreciar la oportunidad de ver a sus maestros y amigos. Su comunicación es excelente y siempre están disponibles para ayudarle con cualquier consulta pregunta que pueda tener.

  My daughter has been attending Kindercare for the last year and a half. She loves it, and we love that she loves it. She's so excited to go to school every day. The teachers and director and very helpful, and also receptive. Super great staff, can't say enough about the ladies that care for my babe. The learning program is broad and all-encompassing - from math, vocabulary, social skills, nutrition, to physical development. The children spend a fair amount of time outside and learning about nature. Super happy to be a part of the Kindercare family.

  Would highly recommend to any one searching for a day care. We have been part of this Kindercare family since newborn phase now 10 years later and couldn’t ask for better staff and teachers.
