  My daughter had an incident at the center with another girl. The other student scratched my daughter all up and down her arms. The Director of the center did not bring it up to myself or her mother. They never called us to tell us what happened. Also they did not write an indecent report until days later only because we had to say something ourselves. They also lied to her mothers face saying that they were going to speak to the little girl and her mother which they did not. We removed our daughter from the center. Because they don’t care what transpires there and don’t care for the well being of our children. Don’t waste your time take your child/children somewhere safe. This place is an absolute joke. Wish I could give them no STARS but its not an option.

  My son has been going here since 3 months old, he is turning two. He has learned so much, and the staff are wonderful here! 10/10 recommend!

  My son has been at Kindercare North Haven since October of last year and it has been a great experience! The teachers in the infant room do a great job and my baby seems so happy at the center. His teachers are so kind and have been helpful as we navigate the baby stage! I also really appreciate all the pictures and updates they send throughout the day. It makes me feel very comfortable getting to see his day to day even when I am not there. We are so happy we ended up at North Haven Kindercare - its been such a great experience!

  Both my infant and toddler daughters attend KinderCare North Haven. My girls are always excited to 'go to school' and engage with their teachers and friends. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and fun.

  Admittedly, I initially thought KinderCare was going to be a temporary option because of the price and because I was on a waitlist for the daycare at my work. Now, four years later, I have remained because of the amazing staff, high quality learning and attentive care both my kids receive. THE STAFF: Friendly, responsive, nurturing and keep my kids safe. My daughter has many rough mornings and when I drop her off Ms. Sandra is always there waiting with open arms to give her some extra TLC. They provide tons of hands-on activities and have helped my child's language development soar. Ms. Kayla and Ms. Amanda make learning fun for the kids and beyond learning how to write her name, I feel like my daughter's curiosity and critical thinking skills is growing. In the infant and toddler rooms Ms. Dorothy, Ms. Brianna, Ms. Courtney are all treasures. They have gentle and happy souls perfect for easing the anxiety of leaving a little 12 week old there. Ms. Madeline is also helpful with answering questions and ironing out logistics. THE HOURS & APP: I also love their app which allows me to see frequent updates and pictures of the kids throughout the day. The hours are great 6:30AM-6PM making it convenient for parents who don't have too much flexibility in their schedule. They are open when most schools and other daycares are closed during holiday and seasonal breaks and even bad weather (so grateful when their staff trek in to be there for you and your kids no matter what). Highly recommend North Haven KinderCare. They really try to make your life easy and love your kids.
