  KinderCare has been absolutely wonderful for our family! The teachers are so caring and patient, and they truly make each child feel special. My Girls have learned so much and always comes home happy and excited to share what they did that day. We’re so grateful for the safe, welcoming environment they provide. Highly recommend this center!

  ~ABSOLUTE HORROR STORY!~This place is the most horrific excuse for day care I have ever experienced. As a child therapist, a child advocate and a parent, I strongly advise against anyone sending their child to this day care center. Constant health and state violations, retaliation against children, mortifying filthy and unhealthy dangerous conditions for children, constant staff turnovers, unlicensed, underaged, and unqualified “teachers”, negligence, abuse and endangering of children by staff and management that do not care about your childs well being to say the least. My child went to preschool there such a brief time thankfully, and yet enough time for there to be an absurdly disturbing amount of issues. I spoke with management repeatedly about various unacceptable and dangerous conditions for my child and absolutely nothing was done at all. I was told whatever they thought I needed to hear during every conversation and addressed not one issue, so speaking to them is an absolute waste of time. They are corporate so every child is treated like a dollar sign instead of with the compassion and care that a child care center should provide. Needless to say, I called the proper authorities to report them and then removed my child from this institution and we are looking forward to starting Kindergarten in a phenomenal school which is highly regarded and respected for its exceptional educational development of children. My child’s safety and education is now in the proper hands and we are overjoyed that she will thrive, grow and learn with a well trusted school with caring, supportive educators that have the well being of every child as their only priority. My child will be well taken care of with an exquisite, professional, respectful and loving education in her new school. In addition, the level of code violations at this school is a disgrace. Also, I just was informed that a KINDERCARE in CT was on the news since a child walked out of the building unattended and was found by a civilian on the highway just walking. The school had no idea the child was even gone. We are ecstatic that our child will have the best education moving forward and the most beautiful experiences regarding education, friendships, and her growth into becoming an independent, respectful, responsible young adult will be such a lovely gift to watch. We will be supporting and encouraging her to have a successful life with all the beauty that it has to offer and not tolerate anything less than every child deserves.

  We have had a wonderful experience so far with this Kindercare facility! Our son loves seeing his friends each day, the teachers are very well trained with lots of years of experience on hand. We see him coming home each day having learned so much more than we could have done just on our own. The staff is very attentive to parents needs and concerns and really care about our thoughts and suggestions. They hold a lot of fun events for the kids outside the normal curriculum and involve the parents in everything. One thing I'd love to see them get to is a way to have updates through an online system instead of just paper sheets at the end of the day.
