  We have had an outstanding experience at this preschool. From the very beginning, the staff has gone above and beyond to provide a safe, welcoming, and engaging environment for our child. Miss Samantha, Miss Meagan, Miss Melissa, and Miss Joann are exceptional educators who each bring unique strengths to the classroom. We do love every other teacher but these are a few of my kids favorites! Miss Samantha fosters creativity and excitement for learning, Miss Meagan provides encouragement that builds confidence and independence, and Miss Joann creates a warm and nurturing atmosphere that helps children feel secure and supported. Miss Melissa is relatively new at the center and my daughter has latched on so quickly and she is now a fan favorite! Together, they form a team that truly prioritizes both academic and social-emotional growth. Our child has shown remarkable progress in confidence, curiosity, and social skills since starting here, and we are so grateful for the dedication of these teachers. We highly recommend this preschool to any family seeking a positive, professional, and caring environment for their child’s early education.

  My grandson loved his time at Kindercare Essex, he was always happy to go in, he has achieved so much, Socializing, kindest, listen and learn new skills through play and practical skills as well as writing. All the teachers/cares have been very welcoming and caring. Can't thank them another.

  My son is almost 18 months old and it’s been a great experience for him. He loves Miss Mariah and Mr. Mike. Ms. Joann and Ms. Megan are wonderful and always give me the time of day to chat or answer any questions I might have. I’m a first time mom who works in Hartford, so I was nervous about putting my baby in daycare and it’s been nothing short of reassuring so far. The consistent updates through the app are very helpful and exciting to see. He’s always happy in the photos which I love. I’ve also noticed in just a few months of being in daycare, my son has rapidly improved his language, listening, and social skills due to the structure and curriculum that’s provided. My son can be high energy and rambunctious (as many toddlers are) and if he runs into a wall, trips, or bonks in any way - there’s always an incident report to follow which I greatly appreciate, even if it’s minor. The program is expensive, as many daycares are, but it’s worth it and I’m so glad my son is having this experience.

  KinderCare of Essex has done a great job with my son! Now a tot, he started at 6mo, the teachers have been kind and the staff always open to feedback in trying to customize how they treat the individual kiddos (within reason). Since starting I have seen my son learn things so much faster than he would have otherwise. Just yesterday he near flawlessly sang the ABCs and counted to 12, happily, and many times over, clearly full of pride!

  My 3 grandchildren attend the Essex KinderCare. I am so glad that they are there. The center director is always around from drop off to pick up, you can find her in a classroom talking with a parent or with the kids, greeting us at the door. Ms. Meagan is ready to step in and help if Ms. Joanne unavailable. Lots of fun activities for the kids and families. Love the KinderCare app and all the information and quick response from the director. I would recommend the Essex KinderCare to any family.
