I would be very hesitant to enroll your child here. About two months after my child started, we had a parent/teacher conference where we were told our child wasn’t eating his lunch and rarely touched his snacks. This was surprising because the app they use for parent communication was updated daily to show that he was eating both lunch and snacks, and this was the first time the issue had been mentioned to us. His teacher responded that I should have assumed he wouldn’t eat foods he hadn’t tried before and said it was unreasonable to expect them to keep track of every child, as four-year-olds are considered old enough to communicate issues at home. This resulted in extremely unbecoming and unprofessional behavior from the front office staff and my child's teacher.
The owner told me that teachers and parents are not allowed to communicate beyond pleasantries; all communication must go through the front office. However, the front office staff was unaware that my child wasn’t eating, indicating a lack of communication between teachers and the office as well. The owner also stated that staff members will send a message through the app (medical questions, needed items, etc.) as a different staff member, chosen by them, but the true sender is not identified, resulting in no accountability system that they use to their advantage.

We had our son at a different area preschool because we were on a waitlist for Primrose. After just a few short months, we got a spot and when we moved over, we noticed a huge difference in the environment, staff and overall energy! The staff at Primrose Parker has been nothing short of amazing. My son had difficulties with drop offs for awhile. They were so kind and helpful in finding ways to help him, and support us as parents. The teachers are wonderful, loving and fun. We have been VERY pleased with our time here and would recommend this school!

Our son been with Primrose Parker since 2018. Things were good until this Covid 19 happen and all this things that's going on in our society.
Our son is 5 and been having potty accident.. hit and miss.. and been seen by the Pediatrician. We have Neurologist appointments lined up for him.
Primrose stand was that they can no longer care for our son. We could not believe that the company that we've partnered with to care for our son is turning against us during this hard times in our society.
I just need the help from Primrose Parker for the remaining summer months. Both my husband and I work and need daycare.
Its was heartless and cruel!!!!
Mind you, we have two boys that both attended Primrose beginning with our first son in Minnesota through here in Colorado. Never experience anything like this.
Never recommend Primrose Parker to anyone.

I just moved to the Parker area and this day care has been phenomenal for my 3 and 5 year old. They are caring and patient with both. Both come home with great lessons and new information from the day. They have wide open hours which is convenient Abd flexible. Each day they email a review of the day with pictures, nap times and lessons discussed.
