Cherish and Gracie-Rae are the most amazing at taking care of kids and family. They maintain and experience that is undeniably thr best my childern have ever received. They help any kid thrive and grow. They teach and help them work thru emotions. I would always recommend this staff.

From day one, it was disorganized — they lost Jaxson’s enrollment packet and then tried to claim he never had a folder at all. That alone was frustrating and showed a lack of professionalism. Over just a 7-month period, they went through six different directors. That kind of turnover made everything feel chaotic and unstable. Communication was inconsistent, and it felt like no one was really in charge. What concerned me the most was the lack of supervision. During morning drop-off, I saw children outside breaking plant pots and stepping in the broken glass with no shoes on — and there was no teacher in sight. That’s a serious safety issue and completely unacceptable in any childcare setting. I would not recommend this center. Basic safety, supervision, and stable leadership should be a priority when it comes to caring for children — and unfortunately, this KinderCare failed in all of those areas.

The staff are great and you can tell that they really do care and love the kids! From the time I drop my daughter off in the morning to the time I come and pick her up in the afternoon, she has a smile on her face. The staff always communicates very well with updates and photos throughout the day, and are flexible and accommodating if there are any special requests we have. This location gets a 10/10 from us!
