2.5 is what I give this place. My older son attended from 2 to 5 years old and my younger son from birth to 5 years old. I'd rate it 4 when my older son was there and 1 while my younger was there. This is entirely due to the administrative staff and newer ownership. Teachers were pretty good, but tons of turnover, likely due to administrative staff and ownership. Costs are always going up, and care, specifically compared to what my oldest got, was much worse. If you want your kid cared for by what seems like a frustrating customer service call center, then this is the place for you. Staff doesn't seem to care about anything other than the check each month. I would not suggest taking your child here. There are far superior options for less money.

Had a great experience in 2 different classrooms here with excellent teachers, but then my child got to preschool and the teachers were non communicative and the classroom was extremely chaotic and felt understaffed and disorganized. My child no longer wanted to go there each morning, and a new administrator (that had just started working there a very short time ago) made it clear that she had no interest in getting to know or work with families, or in figuring out how to help children feel comfortable and succeed in their environment (or maybe she didn’t have the skills or tools to actually know how to do this, but either way it was unacceptable). Administrative turnover is common (3 times in under 2 years). Way too expensive for these types of issues and we are happy to have found another setting that actually communicates proactively and runs smoothly with caring teachers.

Increased costs, decreased benefits. Very concerning turnover rates within leadership and the classrooms. Leadership is unable to resolve issues, they just stop responding (Wendy). If you are coparenting, and there’s any conflict between you and the coparent, I would avoid Primrose entirely. Primrose will do whatever is easiest, not what is legally required or best for the child. There are concerning drop off/pick up procedures. They do not verify that the code being used matches the person signing in/out. I’ve heard Primrose is under investigation, I believe it is fully warranted and overdue.

Primrose School of Lone Tree is a wonderful, clean, happy school filled with great teachers and dedicated administrators. Good luck to Katie who is just starting and thank you to Hannah who greeted us with a big smile and helped us with our in house field trip. Play-Ground Theatre had an excellent time with teachers Alicia, Katharine, Kim, Anne, Pavani, Jennifer and Rudy what a tremendous staff who really care about their students. The children at this school are well behaved, cooperative and ready to have fun!!! Parents need to know that this school offers additional enrichment programs like ours with many benefits for your kids. Recommend!

As long as the check gets cashed, they do not care about your child’s safety. Feel free to ask them who can sign your child in or out… They should be able to tell you upfront, anybody with a code..
