  We love this school. Our toddler started as an infant and has loved every one of his teachers. The Director, Patricia, is one of the most caring people I have ever met and an excellent communicator. We are always informed about important things going on and get photos and updates throughout he day. We feel so lucky to be part of this KB community!

  We just moved to this area and were looking for a new daycare for my youngest son (4). I called this center inquiring about availability and they confirmed they had space. When I went for the tour, I was told the director was on maternity leave and my son wouldn't be able to start until she returned (15th). At the time it was two weeks out which was no problem. I called to check and was told it was the now the 16th. Again, no big deal. Called on the Friday before the week my son was supposed to start/the director returns. Was told it was now pushed to the end of the month now and they weren't even sure if there was space now. A few hours later, they called me back said there's no space after all. What a complete waste of my time and theirs. If I would have known there was no space, I wouldn't have gone through any of the trouble. The staff doesn't seem very capable if they are left in charge and not sure of the capacity of their center or if they can enroll or not.

  We are very happy having our kids at Knowledge Beginnings. This is our second time having kids here with a couple of years break in between. The current director and staff are wonderful. My daughter is always sad on Saturdays because she can't see Ms. Angela, and they all complain if I pick them up early! I like the communication about what my kids are doing and eating along with pictures via the app throughout the day. Patricia, the director, is fantastic with communication and gets to know each family so well.

  It's actually been quite some time since our son was at the school, but it was such a terrible experience and I feel the need to write this review. It seems like a perfect location, but the staff was disengaged, communicated poorly, and our son was borderline neglected while onsite. He was, at times, ignored. Staff seemed like they really just don't like children. Several of the "teachers" or aides had students in the school and only got jobs there so they could be near their own kids. Our son got a black eye at one point when he was knocked over by a larger child. I could go on and on. Corporate needs to step in and start over completely here, if not just shut it down entirely.
