  Absolutely love this place! All the staff is wonderful and I love seeing my nieces thrive! There is so much positivity and happiness in the center. Thank you to all staff for everything you do!

  I debated for almost a year about leaving this review. After seeing how much my daughter is thriving at a different daycare, I feel obligated to share our experience so other parents can make an informed decision. I do not recommend this daycare. Within the three months my daughter attended, we experienced repeated administrative errors, poor communication, and several situations that raised serious concerns about basic infant care and supervision. While some staff members seemed kind, the facility itself felt poorly managed. Onboarding was extremely disorganized. When I dropped my daughter off for her first day, staff seemed surprised we were there even though they had set her start date. As first time parents, we also received no guidance on what to bring or what to expect. A simple checklist or onboarding guide could have prevented a lot of confusion. Administration was equally concerning. The daycare repeatedly claimed they were missing required paperwork and warned they would terminate her enrollment if we did not submit it. The problem was that I had already submitted everything and had email receipts to prove it. The paperwork wasn’t missing, it simply wasn’t being logged properly. Cleanliness was also an issue. The infant room floors had visible buildup and my daughter was constantly sick while attending here. At her current daycare she only gets the occasional cold every few months, which speaks volumes about the difference in cleanliness standards. Mealtimes were another concern. Bottles were sometimes logged in the system as completed when they clearly had not been given yet, which raises questions about the accuracy of the care records. One day I stopped in about 30 minutes after a bottle had supposedly been finished and saw it just coming out of the warmer while my daughter was leaning against the wall crying from hunger. Naps were also extremely difficult. The room was bright and noisy with no real effort to create a sleep friendly environment. My daughter barely slept while attending. At our new daycare they dim the lights, use white noise, and separate sleeping babies from awake babies. She slept the very first day there and has slept well ever since. The final incident that led us to leave involved a serious lack of communication. One day my daughter was sent home with a bag of laundry that contained a sheet covered in blood with no note or explanation. After emailing the director, I was told the next morning that they had returned to her crib after a nap and found it covered in blood but did not know where it came from. Protocol may require sending soiled laundry home, but parents should also be informed when something like that happens. No one could explain when the bleeding started or how long it had gone unnoticed. We withdrew her two weeks later. The difference at our new daycare was immediate. Within the first week she was happier, sleeping normally, and clearly receiving more attentive care. Looking back, we wish we had made the move sooner. Parents deserve transparency, organization, and attentive care when trusting someone with their child. Unfortunately, that was not our experience here.

  We love Rooney Ranch KinderCare for our 2 year old! His development has been incredible to see since he started around 4 months, and it’s in large part thanks to being with highly skilled and loving daycare professionals each day. Wonderful home away from home, and I feel 100% confident that he’s getting an exceptional daycare experience that’s teaching him skills to succeed.

  We’ve had an amazing experience at KinderCare Rooney Ranch. My children have been there for over three years, and the growth we’ve seen in them — socially, emotionally, and academically — has been incredible. The teachers are truly exceptional. They are caring, attentive, and deeply invested in each child’s development. I was genuinely excited for my second child to start because I knew we would have such a supportive team helping not only my child, but me as a parent as well. Their guidance and partnership during the early years has meant so much. Most importantly, my kids love going to school every single day. They feel happy, safe, and proud of what they’re learning. We are so grateful to be part of the KinderCare community and would highly recommend it to any family.
