Our daughter started at Primrose as an infant and has moved into several class rooms as she ages up. The care, attention, and education that she has received has been tremendous. Often at drop off or pick up, the Director, Assistant Directors are in classrooms interacting with the kids - it's like an extended family! They deeply care about each and every child every day. The communications we get through the Procare app are great too, getting meal, sleep, and picture updates throughout the day! Choosing a facility that provides your children with proper care is difficult - Primrose Highlands Ranch was the easy choice for us, and it will be for your family too!

I unfortunately had a bad experience at this facility. I only had my daughter here for a few days before I pulled her. I saw another review that said they heard loud yelling in one of the toddler classrooms- I heard that as well when I was there. Like loud, angry, yelling. Obviously toddlers need structure and discipline, but they also need to have an example set on how to control emotions. Anyway..my daughter was tiny when she started here, like 12 weeks. I was not impressed with the infant classroom, it seemed way overcrowded and chaotic. I picked my daughter up one day and the two workers were both sitting there on their cell phones ignoring all the babies, with the radio blasting. How are babies supposed to sleep with that on?? Even in just a few days they lost a few of her items. She was just dead in the eyes when I picked her up, not lively like usual. And yes, it was a new atmosphere and new people, but it was totally different immediately when she started at another place. She was back to her old self. When I told the director I was pulling her (told her I would pay any fees owed, plus according to her they had a long wait list for infants so I didn’t think it would be an issue to fill my spot right away), she was very nasty to me from that point on. Just overall a bad experience.
