  We had a great experience with the infant program at Eagle Ridge KinderCare! The teachers were kind and helpful (as well as patient to us as first time parents!) and we felt comfortable with the care our baby received from day 1. Communication was solid—staff kept us updated on feedings, naps, and daily activities, and we appreciated getting pictures throughout the day. We would strongly recommend.

  The food here is so delicious me and my son love it the staff here is very welcoming and warm and they do a lot of fun activities field trips movie days festivals etc your certainly not choosing wrong with this place.☺

  If you're thinking about enrolling your child at this daycare, I would suggest reconsidering. I'm a patient at a business next door and have had a clear view of their playground for several years. During nice weather, the children are often outside—but unfortunately, the level of supervision they receive seems to be consistently poor. It’s not uncommon to see kids throwing toys, pebbles, and even rocks over the fence into the parking lot. This isn't just a nuisance—it’s dangerous. Just last week, a rock thrown from the playground shattered someone’s sunroof. Incidents like this have happened repeatedly over the years, and despite complaints being made to the daycare, nothing seems to change. From what I’ve observed, the staff outside often appear distracted—frequently chatting with one another or looking at their phones rather than paying close attention to the kids. If I were a parent, I would be alarmed by the lack of supervision and the potential safety risks involved. Watching children closely—especially when they’re playing outside—is not optional; it’s a basic part of keeping them safe. Sadly, that doesn’t seem to be the case here.

  I have had the pleasure of getting to know the wonderful team at Eagle Ridge and see their extraordinary love and passion for teaching the children in their care. The environment is always warm and welcoming and everyone is so quick to help and very kind. I would highly recommend this center to anyone who needs a family-feel, quality care. :)
