My experience is from 2021, but I would never recommend this place or franchises in colorado because I don't know all the ones the owners own. I watched and heard the staff in the one year old room tell my daughter to stop crying on her FIRST day as they did nothing to comfort her. She constantly had a bad diaper rash there too. I did encounter some nice teachers in the preschool/ Prek room, but some in the infant room didn't care. At that time, the turnover was high. Honestly that's just the field, but that's not an excuse for hiring poor staff.

We absolutely love Primrose. From the second we walked through the doors the owner Nikole has treated us like family. The staff are always so warm and welcoming and you can tell they all truly enjoy what they do. Nikole is very receptive to any issues you have and works with you to resolve them. The school itself is very clean. Our daughter is always very engaged in activities and she has learned so much since we enrolled. We toured a lot of facilities in the area but we are extremely happy we chose Primrose

If I could give this school six stars I would! I had the great pleasure of meeting owner of Primrose Fort Collins, Nikole Mateyka - an exceptional leader, passionate about her school and community, such a fantastic person. The school Director Lauren greeted us at the door with a bright smile and helped us with Play-Ground Theatre's in-house field trip. Lauren and Nikole are a dream team. The school is clean, bright and transmits positive energy. The children at this school were so happy, well behaved and had a awesome time acting, dancing, singing and story telling. A BIG THANK YOU to outstanding teachers: Macy, Greta, Maitri, Alia and Carolyn who joyfully participated, making the experience a ten out of ten. Parents who are considering this center need to know that Primrose School of Fort Collins offers extra enrichment programs for their students to enjoy! Highly Recommend.
