Every single day my 6 month old was left alone crying in the corner. That's always the case for me whenever I picked her up. She didn't get the attention and care needed. Almost every single picture was her with swollen eyes for crying for hours. The infant teachers were new (1 year experience on each) as posted in front of the classroom door. We tried to meet with the director and took a few emails to finally set up a follow up meeting and this meeting never actually happened. Probably because she knew that we were only there for 2 more weeks. We stayed there for only 3 months and best decision ever to leave. Now my baby is very happy and thriving in a different facility.

The school is a wildly different place than when we enrolled, which is incredibly unfortunate. Days off have radically increased, open hours decreased, screen time has been used more sparingly in classrooms. If any difficulty is brought to the leadership it is met with hostile disregard. Our son is still enrolled here because he now has friends and a community so moving him feels punitive to him but if we were looking for a school today we would steer clear.
