They are attentive, caring and communicative. The app helps us to stay informed on her progress throughout the day. The leaders are also organized and thoughtful. Overall great team!

Shaunese, the Assistant director is fantastic, dedicated and organized, she always helps us when we visit the school for in house field trips. The teachers are wonderful, hard working and engaged. A special thank you and recognition to teachers Alicia, Alondra, Ruby, Frida, Karla, Daisy, Joyce and Julia!!!! We appreciate all you do for the kids at this school. Parents considering this center need to know that Central Park Knowledge Beginnings hosts extra enrichment programs like ours at their school. Can't wait for Play-Ground Theatre to visit again! Recommend!!!
- FDFae DagoneseNov 3, 20245.0My daughter had a good experience at Knowledge Beginnings and a great experience in particular in Mrs. Julia and Mrs. Joyce’s room. Mrs. Julia is the head teacher and strikes a perfect balance of teaching the kids autonomy, manners, empathy, and learning through play. She was always available to answer questions and took extra time with any concerns or special circumstances we had. My daughter really thrived during her time in this room and was prepared to transition easily to a new school this year because of Mrs. Julia and Mrs. Joyce. Even now when we pick up her brother from Knowledge Beginnings she still runs to Mrs. Julia to give her a hug and say hi. Thank you for all you do for our kids!
- DSDan StrawnSep 14, 20181.0Knowledge Beginnings as a school was ok. We were pleased with the care our child received. This is the end of our positive experience. Three months after withdrawing our child, which was properly documented per their rules, we received a letter from a collection company stating that we owed an additional amount. This amount does not even match the weekly amount charged while at the school!! We had contacted Knowledge Beginnings and Kindercare (parent company) after the first erroneous bill, and we were told that we don't owe anything and that this was no longer an issue. We were told that this was all documented and we were done. Well, three months later the collection company comes calling. We are still trying to get this resolved with very little help from anyone there. It is beyond frustrating dealing with the management of this establishment! I will update my review if there is a resolution to this terrible mistake, but until then I cannot recommend doing business with Knowledge Beginnings. I would give them zero stars if that was an option.
