  We came to this location after a sudden bad experience at La Petite Richfield and have been very happy with the staff here. They give us plenty of updates about our daughter and what she is learning for the day. There are lots of activities planned out in the curriculum, and the staff has been great at communicating with us and does a great job with the kids. Plus, they have an indoor gym for days when it’s too cold or if there's bad weather, so that the kids can play indoors! Our daughter really enjoys it there and tells us all about her friends and the activities that they do. We’ve been happy with them.

  Love the teachers and atmosphere. I was nervous putting my son in daycare and they made us feel like family instantly which put me at ease. The care is affordable and my son enjoys going everyday! Pick here 💞 Their communication is very transparent too. Thank you guys for all of your hard work in helping establish a healthy beginning to my sons school career

  I am a current employee and a parent to a beautiful toddler enrolled with Kindercare and I cannot express how grateful I am for the exceptional care and nurturing environment my daughter and I have both received here. From the moment we walked through the doors, it was clear that this daycare is a special place where children are valued, loved, and encouraged to grow. The staff at Kindercare are truly remarkable. They are not only highly qualified and experienced, but they also possess a genuine passion for working with children. Every day, I am amazed at how they create a warm and welcoming atmosphere that feels like a second home for my daughter. The teachers take the time to understand each child's unique personality and needs, ensuring that they feel safe and supported at all times. The curriculum is thoughtfully designed to promote learning through play, fostering creativity and curiosity. I love how they incorporate various themes and activities that engage the children and encourage them to explore the world around them. Safety and hygiene are top priorities at Kindercare, which gives me absolute peace of mind as a parent.   Choosing a childcare has proven to be the most difficult decision I have had to make for my children. We chose to enroll in Smokyhill Kindercare for many reasons, including the INCREDIBLE infant teachers, the level of cleanliness in all of the rooms, family engagement, proof of learning posted all around the center, and more. I could go on and on. Jade the director and Evelyn the assistant director answer my questions and address concerns through the portal within minutes, allowing me to communicate my babies needs while staying professional at work. The level of organization and attention to detail gives me peace of mind that my children are cared for by capable and caring leaders that treat us like FAMILY! Sage, Samira, Kimie, Alicia, and all of my babies teachers show a level of commitment to all of the babies that I cannot praise enough. They remember things, they communicate needs, they monitor milestones which is SO big at this age. They go above and beyond to not only provide a stellar level of care for my babies, but they also LOVE them like their own! Watching my sweet clingy little ones light up and reach for their teachers in the mornings makes me feel so happy and loved that I could cry. The photos and activities they send me updates about throughout the day are so fun and age appropriate, and I know my babies are growing and learning what they need to in order to move on to the next age group. As far as cleanliness, every day at pickup I can see teachers scouring classrooms, mopping floors, wiping door handles, sanitizing bucket loads of toys, doing laundry, vacuuming, and more. This is daily reset that is happening, they’re working from licensing provided checklists with specific instructions for every surface, different cleaners for toys babies chew on etc. it is THOROUGH and the reason there have been so few illnesses through the busiest season of sickness! I simply cannot praise Smoky hill Kindercare enough, I am SO thankful I found them for our family. <3

  **EDIT TO REVIEW: I want to take a moment to update everyone and shed light on our experience with this center. When we first started, I was genuinely in love with the environment—especially under Jade’s leadership. Her presence made a huge difference, and the center felt like a warm, supportive space for families. After her departure, things unfortunately began to shift. I want to be very clear in saying that the remaining staff did their absolute best with the cards they were dealt. Many of them went above and beyond, and for that, I am truly grateful. I know how exhausting and disheartening it can be to pour yourself into your work and still go unappreciated. That kind of burnout begins to show, and my heart goes out to them. That said, licensing concerns and the overall health and cleanliness of the facility—especially in regard to keeping children healthy—were not where they should have been. And while the staff did their best, those larger issues were outside of their control. “Tina,” who oversees the building as a whole, came across as cold and impersonal. As a parent, I often felt dismissed—not just for myself, but on behalf of my children as well. It’s hard to feel like your presence or concerns don’t matter. This was not an easy decision, and my heart truly breaks having to remove myself and my children from a place we once loved so dearly. Past Review: I want to shed light on this center! We have two small children, and we initially transitioned out of childcare for some time. I was hesitant to bring my children back into a childcare facility. Then, we came across Smoky Hill Kindercare. I have loved every minute of our experience here! The teachers go above and beyond for my littles (both of whom have Developmental and special needs). Having 11 years of experience in this field, I am grateful and proud of this team! I have such a piece of mind leaving my littles here. I want to thank Ms. Jade and Ms. Evelyn for supporting this move and reassuring my family and me. I want to thank Ms. Samira, Ms. Sage, Ms. Alicia, Ms. Kimie, Ms. Megan, and Ms. Hailey for working diligently with my girls on their developmental and mental needs! My three-year-old went from just a few words to thriving in her speech. My soon-to-be one-year-old, who initially wasn’t mobile, is beginning to crawl and even pull up. It has not been an easy road, but my family is very grateful for those mentioned above and the various other team members who love not only me but my littles.
