  My daughter has been coming here for about a month now. I absolutely love this place. I feel confident leaving my daughter there. Everytime I ask her how her day went she says she has a great day! Great Staff and Great Communication. I also love the app. Keeps me updated of what my girl is doing. It’s the best.

  I hate leaving negative reviews and so rarely do so. My child came here for a year and we had a normal amount of ups and downs over the year that we were comfortable navigating and we felt that she was always safe. This place just escalated to chaos over the last month and we had to leave. The director and assistant director both left at the same time with one week’s notice. Every time I went into the classroom for drop off or pick up there was a new teacher (that sounds like an exaggeration but it isn’t) which made me feel super uncomfortable from a trust perspective, I used to have relationships with everyone my daughter interacted with. We regularly received messages in the morning that there were staffing issues and we might not be able to leave our kids at drop off. The rooms were all combined due to staffing ratio issues, which then means MORE new faces and environments. The rooms were getting progressively dirtier and messier. The final straw was that my kid is potty training and 3 days in a row when I picked her up, she was wearing diapers that belong to some other kids, developing brutal diaper rash that had her crying for 2 days, when she shouldn’t be in diapers at all. I discussed repeatedly with her teachers and leadership, was assured it wouldn’t happen again each time. We called and let them know this was our final week after the 3rd and final diaper incident in a row. They might improve after all this craziness passes, but right now I do not recommend at all.

  This place is amazing! The staff there has become like a family. They go out of there way to make sure my son is happy, safe, and learning. The communication is phenomenal. I know that if my son is even just upset I’ll know. It’s always clean… I mean I just can’t say enough good things!

  We have been very happy with our experience at Kindercare. All the staff are incredibly friendly. The teachers are excellent and they really care about the kids. Jade the director is passionate about her job and creates an excellent environment for the kids. Our toddler had a hard time adjusting initially to going to daycare for the first time and they were very patient and communicative through the process. Our son now loves it and has fun learning through the activities. He comes home talking about his teachers and what he did at daycare. He asks to go to daycare on the weekends! We use the app to see pictures of him throughout the day and get updates on diaper changes, meals and naptime. We are very happy with our experience and recommend it highly.

  We have been taking my daughter there since the beginning of the year and she just loves it. She smiles when she sees her teachers and has made so many friends. They have helped her since she was 3 months to learn so many new things. Everyone at the center is so nice and communicative. We aren’t planning on going anywhere any time soon.
