I rarely write reviews but, in this case as a new parent it is something I wish I would have been made aware of prior to looking for a daycare for my child! About 1 year ago, my wife and I started looking at daycares full well knowing it would be at least a 9 month wait list for most if not all. We had settled in on Primrose of Saddle Rock. Like most daycares, we were told there was a waiting list but we came early enough so all we needed to do was fill out the application and give a deposit to hold our daughters spot for our date the following year. We are now two months away from us returning to work and I like to have to things figured out and ready to go in advance. So I tried reaching out to complete the enrollment paper work and we have now called primrose for the fifth time in three weeks, each time they say they will call us back and have not gotten a response; we have been patient but it has gotten ridiculous. After the 5th the call we finally received an email stating they could not guarantee our daughter a spot; to make matters worse they didn't even had the correct start date that we had booked with our deposit. I then proceeded to asked why they deposited our check if her place was not being held, and the response I got was "every daycare is the same, they ask for the deposit but don’t guarantee spots".. which doesn't make sense. We knew every daycare would ask for a deposit, but the other daycares we spoke with told us they would not deposit our check until our daughter started/had a guaranteed spot. I have proceeded to call Primrose back to ask for our deposit back since no services have been preformed; however, I am still waiting to get a call back from the director (yes its been over a couple weeks without a response). We were lucky to find another daycare that has been more responsive and helpful when it comes to figuring out timing. They already have her enrollment and solidified start date . This has been the worst customer service that I have ever experienced. If they aren't responsive now, it makes me worry what it might be like if my child were actually enrolled. Parents just beware, we have already contacted the Better Business Bureau.
