I honestly can’t say enough good things about this primrose location! FANTASTIC staff and teachers. I feel like my son is taken great care of and the community they create is wonderful. I love that they also use an app for the littles so I know what’s going on during his day.
A big shout out to Ms. Leticia, Ms. Judy & Ms. Ahlam for being so patient, kind & having great communication with us parents.

From Ms. Judy and Ms. Leticia and Ms. Rachel and Ms. Amanda in Infants, to Ms. Parwin, Ms. Fatima, and Ms. Bailey in Toddlers who provide unconditional love and support to each of their students. You can tell all of the teachers including, Mr. Jayden, Ms. Dariana, Ms. Gabryella, Ms.Tatiana, Ms. Perla, Ms. Julia, Ms. Karen, Ms. Shey, Ms. Taci, Ms. Megan, Ms. Sarah, Ms. Raven, Ms. Charlie, Ms. Aubrey, Ms. Meghan, and Ms. Moore love what they do and care about their kids' growth. We are also big fans of Ms. Heather and the leadership team (Ms. Rav, Ms. Roby, Ms. Crystal, Ms. Beth). Everyone here is so welcoming, friendly, and has given us confidence that our kid is loved and is learning so much. Thank you for a wonderful part of our lives!

Primrose has exceeded our expectations when it comes to a safe place for our daughter. She started with Miss Judy and Miss Leticia at 6 months old. They helped teach her to eat solids and interact with other kids.
Once she was a toddler, Miss Rachel taught her about caring for others and the basics like colors.
She is now with Miss Raven and Miss Sarah who have been so kind and patient. She seems to have flourished most here. They helped get her fully potty trained, shes learned many songs, and she gets to enjoy so many arts and craft activities!
Being a first time parent is so scary. Primrose made the experience so amazing from the first tour we took with Miss Roby. We feel safe and at home here. Thank you everybody for all your help and hard work!

I rarely write reviews, but after trying numerous different childcare options for our 4 and 1 year old daughters through the years— everything from a private nanny to a fancy Montessori, even another Primrose in the city— this is by far the BEST school we’ve been in and I feel compelled to give the team here a glowing recommendation for other parents in the area.
We toured several schools when moving to the area. The first thing that struck me driving up to saddle rock of Primrose is it feels incredibly safe and secure. It’s off of the main road tucked away behind a shopping centre, mostly out of view from the street, and surrounded by large mature trees. The feeling of physical safety right off the bat is ultimately a big reason we chose Primrose over other schools in the area.
The next thing that struck me was how incredibly professional and involved the leadership staff was. The leadership team- owner Rav, director Sarah Roby and Crystal— are so involved, they welcome every child every day, they all know who I am and who my kids are, they have excellent communication via the app and email. It is clear that these are early childhood education career professionals who take the role of the school to provide high-quality learning for the children very seriously and that excellence is a priority. I just cannot say enough good things about how well the leadership team runs this school, especially compared to other schools we’ve been at- they truly are exceptional.
Last but certainly not least, the teachers for both of my girls are absolutely incredible. In both my girls classroom there are teachers who have been there 9+ year which is a testament to the quality and experience level of the people we are entrusting our children to. Miss Rachael and Miss Amanda in the older infant room are so incredibly kind, empathetic, caring, nurturing and supportive of our little girl. She had such bad separation anxiety when we started and she now feels comfortable and is thriving under their care. They do the most adorable activities every day and I get tons of photos of my baby smiling and having fun. The pre-K teachers Mrs Moore and Miss Megan are also incredible. My 4 year old for the first time in a long time LOVES school. She asks me to go 5 days a week and every single day when I pick her up she says she had the “best day of her life” lol. She really did not like her prior school and was bored a lot so this is directly a result of her wonderful teachers. Another huge perk is there are enrichment activities for the older kids. My four-year-old is in soccer and piano at school! it’s so nice for her to be able to experience these activities at school rather than fill our limited free time as a family with running from activity to activity. They’ve truly thought of everything here.
I love this school, and appreciate having full confidence every single day that I’m dropping my girls where they’re safe, well taking care of, and actually enjoy being at. Like I said before we’ve been in and out of numerous childcare situations and this place is an absolute GEM. I would recommend it without any reservation. I’m so appreciative to every single member of the Primrose saddle rock team we’ve come in contact with. You deserve recognition for your commitment to excellence, my family sees how hard you guys work and how good you are at what you do. we are eternally grateful for taking such good care of our girls! Thank you!!

We have had a wonderful experience at Primrose School of Saddle Rock with children in both the infant and pre-kindergarten programs. Every teacher and staff member is warm and caring, making a genuine effort each day to ensure both parents and children feel welcome and valued.
Mrs. Moore and Mrs. Megan in the pre-kindergarten class are absolutely incredible. Their dedication, creativity, and nurturing approach have made such a positive impact on our daughter's development.
In the infant classrooms, we have been equally impressed by Mrs. Amanda, Mrs. Rachel, and Mrs. Judy, who provide tender, attentive care that gives us complete peace of mind.
The best testament to the quality of this school? Both our kids are genuinely excited to go to school each day! We have been blown away by the curriculum, which perfectly balances engaging activities with meaningful educational content. It far exceeds what we've seen at other centers we've visited.
We feel fortunate to have found such an exceptional school and are grateful for the entire Primrose team!
