I would encourage parents do to their research before entrusting Primrose Candelas. We made the decision to unenroll our child from the care of Primrose following a series of leadership failures involving child safety. We expressed the concerns directly to the owner, Fiza, and Director, Brittani. However, these concerns, listed below, were not taken seriously as basic measures - such as increased parent communication and information about who is in the classroom with the children- were not taken by leadership (even though they were promised). All of this is well documented.
Leadership’s admission in a recorded teams call of their awareness that teachers were “yelling” (which they later corrected to “speaking loudly”) at the children.
At least two recent instances involving Child Protective Services where leadership hired teachers who committed reportable offenses of known or suspected child abuse or neglect while inside the building.
Leadership’s “standard policy” that they do not inform parents of who is in the classroom with the children in order to prevent “back and forth communication”
Additionally, it is also relevant that Primrose was previously on probation with the State of Colorado, experiences significant teacher and leadership turnover, and hired a team member in active substance abuse withdrawal necessitating emergency response to report to the school. I would strongly advise any parent to do their research before trusting their child to the care of Primrose.

We were only at Primrose Candelas for a short time but our expectations were exceeded in every category. The staff especially is so caring and warm - I felt like a part of the family immediately. The building is big and new, the location is convenient, and you will really feel like your children are nurtured here!

We are so incredibly happy with primrose candelas. We moved here from another local daycare after our daughter’s health issues continued to be ignored. We have been here for about 2.5 years now and we are so happy we changed. Ms. Brittani is an incredible director both in the way she manages the teachers and facility but also how she works with parents. I always feel welcome and the front staff is always there to greet us by name with a smile. The teachers all look happy to be there and are engaged with the kids. The center is very clean and colorful. My daughter is happy and thriving and learning. For how much childcare costs these days I kind of expect more than just my child to be kept alive and primrose candelas makes me feel like my child matters and she is learning and engaged with. I have worked in childcare centers at times in my life and this is the best one by far!

I absolutely mean it when I say the ENTIRE team at this school is amazing! It’s a real community and everyone actually cares about the happiness and success of the kids. The communication is great and our kiddo is absolutely thriving. For being a naturally shy kiddo, he now loves going to school. The teachers did a fantastic job with his adjustment and helped us feel comfortable along the way. I never thought we would be this happy putting our son in a daycare~ and Primrose Candelas has exceeded our expectations since day 1. We are very grateful for everyone at Primrose Candelas!

We love this Primrose school! Our daughter started when she was 2 and is now 3. She has been in multiple different classrooms and loved them all! Our son is 1.5 and started when he was 1. He had a ROUGH adjustment period (going from nanny to classroom setting) and the staff were all so amazing and helpful! Giving him extra love and attention and answering any questions from worries parents. Eventually he adjusted and warmed up to the school experience as a whole and now he too loves school. The admin staff is fantastic at communicating and truly cares about the kids and their families. Big plus for us is the flexible pick up and drop off times and that they serve meals!
