  I love the care my children receive here. Such a warm wonderful caring staff. Everyone is always so attentive and always giving my babies the safest and cleanest environments to learn and grow in. Best center my babies have ever been in and happiest we have all been with care from a facility.

  My daughter has been going to KinderCare since she was just over 2 and she'll be 4 next month. She absolutely loves it. She loves her friends, loves her teachers and loves the activities she gets to do for every different season and holiday. You can tell that every teacher and director cares about how the kids are doing, and keeping the kids involved and happy. I feel comfortable leaving my baby girl there each day, never once have I had a worry. Each day she comes home from class and has something new and exciting to share about her days. The teachers noticed she needed a little bit of something to change up her days, so they recommended she attend the STEM class KinderCare offers and she loves it! It was great to know that they can recognize how a child is developing and be able to recommend new and exciting things tailored to kids in her age group. It really is an amazing place for her to be. I wish my older two had attended KinderCare when they were younger. :) If I could give 10 stars I would.

  Very disappointed with this center I spoke to several people at this facility about enrolling my daughter in care at this center and was not told ccap wouldn't be accepted for infant care. When I spoke to the director Shannon she was her cold and uninviting almost as if CCAP was not good enough. Beware of this place.

  When we moved to the area, I needed reliable full time daycare asap and this was my first go to place. I wouldn't recommend this environment. The majority of the teachers have been in the business for decades and they don't have the notion of loving child upbringing. The atmosphere is much more focused on maintaining discipline. My kids weren't used to that... they got visibly sad after a few weeks at Arvada West KinderCare. My son who never complains said that he didn't want to go because some of the teachers were shouting at him (something that, I was told at the KinderCare, was out of the question, not possible, "they were probably just talking loud"... well, either way!). After a while my kids started swearing at home - something that a certain boy taught them; a completely new thing in our family. Once I was charged $36 for being 6 mins late, even though I called them from the road to apologize (unexpected roadwork): apparently, they charged $10 per kid for being late, then $1 per kid per minute until we got out the door. :) The place is also quite claustrophobic and very contained, low ceilings, little light... no views... not a single alive plant inside or in the yard. Not such a healthy place for children to be in. I searched around and found The Academy Early Children Education in Arvada. I highly recommend it, we've been very happy there. KinderCare Pros: They were able to accommodate us right away. They were picking up my older child from her elementary school for after-school care - that was important as I had a full work day (The Academy ECE also picks up from schools). What can I say... it was safe, reliable, and overall not a complete disaster. But if you have a choice, choose something else.
