I feel extremely prepared and confident to enter this new journey of giving care. Every single staff member has been a pleasure to work with, so supportive, patient, and truly dedicated to student success. Thank you all for everything. It’s a bittersweet ending, but I’m so grateful for the knowledge, skills, and memories I’m leaving with. Let me share my personal experience: I lived abroad for several years and finally decided to return to the United States. NIU College offers a variety of programs, and I felt confident about starting. Choosing NIU College was one of the best decisions I made after coming back to the U.S. I enrolled in the Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) program. NIU College has a very supportive team that guides you and offers a personalized education. The programs are intensive and can be completed in just a few weeks. I feel great, and now that I’ve obtained my CNA license, I’m able to support my community — and there are many job opportunities out there. If you're looking to study and level up, NIU College is a must.

I used my experience as an RN to prepare students to pass their state exam as well as be competent in any healthcare facility. State Exam is held on campus. The school has a skill lab, a large classroom, and an accommodating break room. You will always be respected and welcome at NIU college.
