This daycare is wonderful! My son started there when he was 13 months old and is thriving. The teachers are all so kind and attentive to the children. They send pictures and updates of his activities all day long and the facility is spotless. They serve nutritional meals and snacks throughout the day and constantly keep the kids engaged with different fun activities like painting, reading and music time. My son’s teachers, Ms. Nadia and Ms. Howida, are wonderful role models and truly seem to care about the children in their class. We appreciate all the staff at this location and their tireless efforts to keep our kids safe, happy and loved.

Primrose has been a game changer for our family. Our son started in the infant room (now in toddler) and our daughter is in Preschool Pathways, and we cannot say enough good things about this school.
From the moment you walk in, the environment feels warm and nurturing. It’s also VERY clean and smells amazing! It’s calm without being rigid, engaging without being chaotic. No matter what time we drop off or pick up, we consistently see teachers who are present and kind. Our kids come home happy, and sometimes don’t even want to come home :)
There is a clear partnership between leadership and teachers, and it shows in how engaged the staff are. When we experienced an issue in the infant room, the director (Ms. Vandana) addressed it with transparency and meaningful system changes. The teachers were also incredible throughout, reinforcing that this was a team response, not just a leadership decision. Having been at two previous daycares, we’ve never seen this level of ownership, collaboration, and follow-through.
Furthermore, we were very supported during our son’s transition from infant → toddler room. They observed him carefully, communicated closely with us, and waited until he was truly ready.. never rushing the process. That level of partnership with parents seems rare and is so appreciated.
We’ve also seen how thoughtfully they handle social and emotional development. When we shared that our daughter had picked up inappropriate language, the response was immediate, calm, and educational. The teachers helped the children understand why words matter. Our daughter hasn’t used the word since, and more importantly, she (2yo at the time) came home proudly explaining why we don’t use hurtful language. That kind of guidance builds understanding, not fear.. and it’s exactly what we want for our kids.
Beyond daily care, the sense of community here is BEYOND. Simply beyond words. The school creates cool experiences for families: Halloween door decorating by parents, classroom pumpkin voting, trick-or-treating down the halls, spirit weeks, grandparents coming in to read, pajama days, firefighters and dentists visiting to teach safety and health in fun ways, Santa visiting at Christmas, and so much more. The owners are present, warm, and invested. They take the time to know families, and it feels like a community, not just a school. Thoughtful gestures (like catered Thanksgiving meals families could take home, or grab-and-go breakfasts for parents) speak volumes about how much care extends beyond the classroom.
We want to recognize some exceptional teachers as well. Ms. Priscilla, Ms. Hayat, and Ms. Sri have cared for our son with such attentiveness and warmth. It’s clear how well they know him (and seem to love him ❤️) and how intentionally they support his development. Ms. Andrea and Ms. Hailey have been transformative for our daughter, helping her grow in confidence, emotional awareness, and curiosity in ways that extend into the real world.
This school leads with heart and structure, and we feel so thankful our sweet kids get to grow here. As a parent who’s had both difficult and positive childcare experiences, I know how much trust matters. I hope this review helps offer some reassurance to families navigating that choice.

The best EPS class!
When my daughter Arohi joined this school, English was her second language. With the support and guidance of the teachers, especially Ms. Laura, she had a very smooth transition. Within just three months of joining, she is now speaking English so well. We are extremely happy and grateful for all the care, patience, and effort. Highly recommend this school…

Our daughter started at Primrose Walnut Creek when she was 13 months old and has recently transitioned into the older Toddler class. She truly loves coming to school each day and enjoys spending time with her teachers and friends. Her class is always engaged in fun, age-appropriate activities, including art projects, singing, and dancing. We appreciate that all meals are provided, and it’s clear our daughter enjoys the food. The school consistently plans thoughtful events for both children and families, creating opportunities to stay connected and build relationships with other families. The facility itself is new, clean, and modern. Overall, we have had a wonderful experience at Primrose and have truly enjoyed being part of their community.

Our son has been going to primrose of Walnut Creek since it opened, we have had a very positive experience and feel comfortable and confident with the care they provide. He was originally in young toddler with Ms Karen and Ms Isabel who are both FABULOUS. Ms Isabel is so caring, friendly, attentive and our son adores her. Ms Karen was also very caring and attentive and he missed her when he moved classes. Room 3 has been a very positive transition to a larger classroom with older children. He has had a fun time painting, playing outside, and making new friends. Ms Wesam, Chelsi, and Karinty have all helped him adapt, grow and learn in a toddler world.
