We made the difficult decision to withdraw our daughter from Primrose after five months. She was just 21 months old at the time.
During her first month, we were incredibly hopeful. She had two wonderful teachers, felt comfortable in her classroom, and genuinely enjoyed going to school. Unfortunately, that stability didn’t last. One of her teachers left after the first month, and over the next several months we experienced constant turnover — three different teachers who rotated in and out, sometimes lasting only a day or a week. The only consistent teacher she had from the beginning has since also left the school due to unfortunate circumstances.
In our final month, she had two more new teachers. I personally witnessed behavior that deeply concerned me. These teachers struggled to create a warm, safe environment for toddlers under two years old. Comfort items were taken away. They appeared frustrated if children didn’t immediately engage with them. My daughter began crying most days when she was in their care.
The final week was especially upsetting. I watched my daughter lie on the ground, visibly overwhelmed and defeated, while children and teachers stood around her. Another child kicked her in the face. The teacher did not intervene and walked away, leaving her on the floor. As a parent, that was heartbreaking to witness.
When I raised these concerns with management, I was told the issue stemmed from me dropping my daughter off later than other children. I fail to see how arrival time justifies a lack of supervision or a child being kicked without intervention.
We had high hopes for this school and are deeply disappointed by our experience. Since moving her to a new daycare, she has thrived. However, what we witnessed during our time here continues to stay with us.

We’ve had a great experience with Primrose since it opened in April 2025. Our children, ages 3 and 18 months, genuinely enjoy going each day, and it’s clear the program offers more than just childcare — it feels like a strong early education environment. We’ve been to other places before where our kids didn’t seem as excited to attend, so this has been a meaningful difference for our family.
The teachers are caring, attentive, and truly invested in the children’s development. Communication has been excellent, and the front office has always been responsive whenever we’ve had questions or raised concerns. The facility is clean, safe, and well-maintained, and most importantly, our kids seem happy, engaged, and continuing to grow and hit milestones. We would definitely recommend them to parents looking for a nurturing, school-like setting for their young children.

We’ve had a wonderful experience with the Primrose Toddler 3 class. The teachers—Ms. Priscilla, Ms. Hayat, and Ms. Sridevi—are absolutely amazing. They are caring, patient, and truly attentive to each child’s needs. It’s clear they genuinely love what they do.
What really stands out is how welcoming the entire staff is. Everyone knows my son and calls him by his name, which makes us feel valued and gives me so much peace of mind as a parent. My son is happy, comfortable, and excited to go to school every day, which says everything.
We’re very grateful to the Toddler 3 team and highly recommend Primrose to any parent looking for a nurturing and supportive environment for their child.
