  We have both our 5-year-old and 1.5-year-old at Primrose and honestly, the team feels like family. Moving our youngest from a home-based nanny to daycare was a big transition, but the owner, Ms. Neha Jalan, and Ms. Suneetha an education coach were so hands-on. Both gave us constant guidance and reassurance while he was settling in, which made all the difference for our peace of mind. I would look forward to the stories they would narrate about my son everyday at pick up as they genuinely went out of their way to help him. The toddler teachers Ms. Jaidah and Ms. Theresa are incredible. They celebrate every little milestone with so much heart; you can really see how much they care about the kids. Our 5-year-old has built such a strong bond with Ms. Sandhya. She’s constantly coming home and "teaching" us everything she learned in class, which shows how much she loves being there. Also, a huge shout-out to Ms. Mini, the chef! Our daughter is a super picky eater, but she finishes every meal and actually looks forward to the snacks. We are so grateful to the whole team!

  We have been a Primrose family for 2 years now. Primrose of San Ramon is top tier. The owners, leadership team, and staff are incredibly genuine, knowledgeable, professional, authentic, kind, and transparent. I really appreciate their high standards of ensuring quality care, as well as the development of the whole child physically, cognitively, and emotionally. My child LOVES this school. She feels safe and welcome here. Both teachers and parents give such wonderful feedback in regards to my daughter. This is such a warm and welcoming community I hope all children are able to experience during these crucial developmental years.

  We have been a Primrose family for almost 2 years now and Primrose of San Ramon is top tier. The authenticity, transparency, communication, & quality of care set this school above the rest. The owners, leadership team, & staff are genuine, nurturing, professional, and just absolutely wonderful. The children are well adjusted and happy. The curriculum and the way it is delivered offer an academic foundation that is priceless. I highly recommend this school.

  Our kids started when the school opened in December and now they *race* to the door every morning. The campus is brand new—spotless classrooms, fresh materials, and thoughtfully designed spaces that make learning feel like play. In just a short time, we’ve seen incredible development: real back‑and‑forth conversations, drawings that look like actual objects, surprise math moments at dinner, and—our favorite—so much empathy, kindness, and connection with friends. We came from a Montessori, so the Primrose curriculum was new to us, and we’ve been genuinely impressed! We truly appreciate the teachers and staff for making the transition so smooth. They greet us by name, know our kids, and it’s obvious they care for them like their own. A few other major parent considerations: 1. Meals are included (lifesaver!) 2. Large, clean, age-appropriate playgrounds with ample outdoor time 3. Super convenient location 4. Excellent communication with staff—quick responses and regular updates in the mobile app so we never miss a moment! 5. Pricing is very competitive for the Tri‑Valley/Danville. (We had a spreadsheet of 10+ daycares around us.) We love it so much we’re actively recruiting our friends and neighbors to join us. If you’re touring daycares, put Primrose of San Ramon at the top of your list! They will definitely set the bar very high.

  We absolutely love Primrose School of San Ramon! Both of our daughters, Avyana and Akshana, attend the Transitional Kindergarten program, and it has been an amazing experience for our family. This is a brand new school, and everything—from the classrooms to the overall environment—is beautifully set up and thoughtfully designed for young learners. From day one, the staff has been incredibly warm, welcoming, and supportive. The teachers are kind, caring, and truly passionate about early childhood education—it really shows in how engaged and happy the children are. The food served is wonderful and thoughtfully prepared, which gives us great peace of mind as parents. Most importantly, our daughters are excited to go to school every single day—they want to be the first ones in and the last ones out! 😊 The location is also very convenient, making drop-offs and pick-ups easy and stress-free. We are so grateful to the entire Primrose team and highly recommend Primrose School of San Ramon to any family looking for an exceptional Transitional Kindergarten experience.
