  I had a deeply disappointing experience at this location. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere felt unwelcoming. I wasn't greeted with a smile or any professional courtesy; instead, I was met with a passive-aggressive "come in" that immediately set a negative tone for the visit. The most frustrating part was the blatant lack of respect for my time. I was told that because the staff member had another appointment at 3:00 PM, she would stop helping me mid-way to assist other parents. It felt as though my appointment—and my time—simply didn't matter. When you are looking for childcare, you expect a level of warmth, organization, and basic respect, none of which were present during this interaction. I wish we would do better as African Americans .

  I can't say enough about the loving environment here at kindercare. The staff is so kind and loving to the kiddos and really try hard to meet the needs of the whole child. The Director there is Wanda, and I know while my precious ones are with her and her staff, that she is going to be momma while momma is away. She is direct and organized. She understands child development and helps parents to understand and apply it in the home. As a teacher myself I have so much respect for the high standards Ms. Wanda has for the students, staff and most importantly the families/parents.

  Please do not send your child to this location. Since the new director stepped in the facility has gone down. Your children will not be safe. Coming from experience.. on top of that just found out that they have fleas.
