- JLJiyeon LeeJul 9, 20241.0Avoid this daycare at all costs. My daughter in the preschool class was injured when another child stabbed her face with a fork, leaving multiple wounds. Shockingly, none of the teachers noticed, and no accident report was filed. Even thought I raised this issue right away, the director did not inform the staff or implement any protective measures. As a result, my daughter was hurt again the very next day. The only school's solution was to teach my daughter to 'speak up,' without addressing the behavior of the other child. When confronted, the director deflected responsibility, claiming she wasn't present during the incidents because of her business travel. She also justified her lack of action by stating it was her 'educational philosophy'. Tragically, my daughter had to leave her friends behind due to these safety concerns and the school's negligence. Moreover, despite the high tuition costs, there's a glaring lack of a proper curriculum or coherent educational approach. As a KinderCare chain, I expected a more structured and professional environment, but was sorely disappointed.

The teachers are amazing, and we love how updated we are each day through the App! My toddler is learning so much, she surprises me each day with things she's learned! Nothing feels better than your child being excited to go to school every day!

It’s stressful entrusting strangers to take care of your baby but everyone here made us feel at ease & I knew she’d be well taken care of. All of the staff is really friendly & you can tell they love working with children & teaching them. Every day I receive updates on what they’re learning & I get to see how much fun she’s having with all of her friends! Even the babies have a curriculum which includes a lot of cute crafts that we get to keep 😊. I tell everyone what a great experience this has been for Kiele & I & I’d recommend Bay Meadows KinderCare to anyone!
- TCT CApr 28, 20211.0Teacher was able to take picture of my daughter hit on the post and had a bump on her head but not able to put ice pack on her head. No response to request of putting ice pack after receiving the pictures. Teachers stand at the same spot most of the time during outdoor play time and children had not much to do there so I could see them running and chasing around most of the time.
