  KinderCare Bay Meadows has been an incredible experience for our family. From the moment we enrolled our son at 8 months old, we’ve been consistently impressed with the staff and teachers. Everyone is so friendly, approachable, compassionate, and responsible. I trust them with my son completely. Even teachers who don’t work directly with him know his name, which makes the environment feel welcoming and like a second home. When our son started, he was beginning to develop stranger danger, but thanks to the nurturing atmosphere at Bay Meadows, he has become much more comfortable around new people. He’s learned so many valuable skills, from eating with cutlery and washing his hands to blowing kisses and cleaning up. Every day, he high-fives his favorite teachers before heading home, and he’s made some wonderful friendships. The daycare has also been a great partner in introducing him to new foods and activities, things we might not have tried at home. As first-time parents, we’ve learned so much from their support and guidance. While I’ve sometimes struggled with the idea of daycare versus staying at home, the benefits of his experience at Bay Meadows are undeniable. The socialization, learning, experimentation, friendship, and love he receives here are things I could never replicate on my own. It’s been a truly wonderful experience for all of us! Thank you.

  Our experience at Bay Meadows KinderCare has been wonderful. The impact on our son has been profound; he has developed both academically and socially, showing remarkable growth in his confidence and enthusiasm for learning. All of the teachers and staff are exceptional—passionate, dedicated, and always approachable. Their genuine care for the children is evident in everything they do. We can’t thank Bay Meadows KinderCare enough for all that they have done for our family- and would recommend to anyone looking for a safe and nurturing community for their little one.

  Wouldn’t trust going forward. I had both virtual and in-person tour at Bay Meadows. On the day of in-person tour, center staff told us that there will be opening on our desired starting date. Shortly after, we registered on Kindercare website and paid a fee, when making the payment, we also called Bay Meadows to confirm that they received. We were told that a spot was secured. However, a month later, when we called to alter the start date, we were told that they have no record of me, and I am not registered. I had to forward Kindercare confirmation email to the center director, and still she told us that they had no history of my email or contact.

  I love everything about Bay Meadows KinderCare & so does my baby! It’s stressful entrusting strangers to take care of your baby but everyone here made us feel at ease & I knew she’d be well taken care of. All of the staff is really friendly & you can tell they love working with children & teaching them. Every day I receive updates on what they’re learning & I get to see how much fun she’s having with all of her friends! Even the babies have a curriculum which includes a lot of cute crafts that we get to keep 😊. I tell everyone what a great experience this has been for Kiele & I & I’d recommend Bay Meadows KinderCare to anyone!

  Teacher was able to take picture of my daughter hit on the post and had a bump on her head but not able to put ice pack on her head. No response to request of putting ice pack after receiving the pictures. Teachers stand at the same spot most of the time during outdoor play time and children had not much to do there so I could see them running and chasing around most of the time.
