  Challenger Schools do a strong job emphasizing academic performance and achievement. However, there are several serious concerns. Many Challenger students struggle to integrate into group activities and often lack a sense of community and social connection. The main reasons include: 1. In order to manage school task lists, schools strictly require student to follow rigid records, prioritizing control over flexibility. 2. This approach significantly limits the development of student personalities and individual interests. 3. Teachers frequently impose verbal restrictions on what is and isn’t allowed, which discourages initiative and contributes to social challenges.Most of my child friend face the same problem in the middle school.   We are incredibly fortunate to have Ms. Sarah and Ms. Khushali as our son’s Pre-K teachers. Their warmth, patience, and genuine care embody the nurturing every young child deserves. They skillfully balance Challenger’s high academic standards with love and understanding, guiding their students with kindness and encouragement. Their attentiveness is truly remarkable — noticing everything from our son’s health and daily mood to his social skills, learning progress, and even reminding him to drink water. The detailed daily feedback they provide is invaluable to our family. Because of their dedication, our son’s reading, math, and logical thinking skills have flourished. As parents, we couldn’t be more grateful for their exceptional commitment and the positive impact they have made on our son’s life.
