  My son NEVER attended this KinderCare—not even one day. I never turned in an enrollment form and I never paid a registration or holding fee. Due to a change in my work situation, he did not enroll at this location. Despite that, I’m being charged nearly $2,000 for a spot they claim they “held.” I was NEVER emailed, mailed, or directly notified of any bill—the charges only appeared silently in the app, and months later they are still adding late fees. I wasn’t aware of these charges until today when my sons current school told me he can no longer attend until the balance is paid. When I called to resolve this, the director Sarah told me I “didn’t communicate,” which is not true. And if they believed I wasn’t communicating, it makes no sense that they claim to have held a spot for “weeks.” She was also extremely rude and dismissive. Now this disputed balance is affecting my son’s current KinderCare and preventing him from attending. Charging thousands with no contract, no registration fee, no attendance, and no proper notice is completely unacceptable and unethical. Parents—get everything in writing. Beware

  Amazing place. My youngest started in infants and my oldest just graduated from pre-k. I have been there for over 2 years now and it is an amazing family to be apart of. From the caring teachers in infants to the wonderful and courageous teachers in dps. To the nurturing teachers in the "big boy classes" as my boys would say. They have changed my children's life in so many amazing ways I am forever grateful. Thank you all Mary, Sarah, Jasmine, Tyce, Lauren, Cindy, Victoria, Holy, Sudi, Essa you are all amazing at what you do.

  Our 5-year-old went to KinderCare RB, and our 2-year-old is there now. The staff truly cares about the kids and makes parents feel like part of the family. The classrooms are always clean, and our kids get so excited to see their teachers every day. We love the regular updates and photos we get—it really feels like a personal connection with the school, not just a daycare.

  "The daycare is clean and organized, but I’m concerned about the staff. The teachers often speak to kids in a very strict and harsh tone, and my child has also been bitten and scratched by other kids. I wish the teachers showed more warmth, care and also kept a closer watch for safety." Very disappointed.
