  Our experience at KinderCare Del Mar has truly been exceptional. We moved to the Del Mar area from Spain with our three-year-old daughter and enrolled her in the preschool class, and from day one we felt welcomed and supported. Our daughter absolutely loved going to school — so much so that she would often ask us to pick her up later because she didn’t want to leave! The transition and care provided by Ms. Raquel and Ms. Jessica were wonderful. They made her feel safe, happy, and excited to learn. Later, she moved up to the Pre-K class with Ms. Amanda and Ms. Ghada, and once again we were blown away by the level of care and dedication. The teachers truly go above and beyond. We were amazed by how much learning took place in such a joyful, playful, and nurturing environment. We felt that Ms Amanda´s program was brilliant and allowed our daughter Sofia to learn so much in a very happy and playful environment. Unfortunately, we had to relocate again due to work. When it was time to say goodbye, Ms. Amanda created the most beautiful memory book for our daughter to take with her. I think only a genuinly caring person can use their own personal time to create something so wonderful. We could not speak highly enough about our experience. Thank you Kindercare Del Mar team

  They NEVER have a spot for your toddler. Be AWARE when they ask you to pay $50 on waiting list. After the 3rd year, they contacted me finally to enroll the pre-K program. But my kid is almost 4 years he was already in another program. When I asked if my second kid could join the waitlist for Toddler program, they asked me to pay $50 again and the wait is endless. Skip it parents!

  My daughter has been part of the Pre-K program at Kinder Care since summer 2020. The staff and leadership team are professional and caring (the staff knows every child by name!) The Director, Katrina, has been super responsive and does a great job with communicating with the parents in-person as well as via emails. My daughter has never had to stay home because of an illness that she caught from school. It goes to show that they are on top of the sanitization process at school. We are very pleased with the cleanliness protocols, especially with the current COVID situation. Ms. Amanda has set up an impressive curriculum for the PreK students. Fun activities to learn STEM. My daughter loves going to Kindercare and comes back home very happy each day - that is the ultimate "seal of approval" for me :)
