  I would give this place zero stars if I could. I was threatened with having the police called on me while I was backing out of the parking lot at WoodCreek Preschool because my 7-year-old was not yet buckled — something I was unaware of at that exact moment and corrected immediately. She always buckles herself, and they only saw her in that brief moment before she finished. This reaction was completely unnecessary and very upsetting. When I tried to calmly discuss the situation, I felt ganged up on by multiple staff members. The discussion became unprofessional, and unrelated issues were brought up. Even more concerning, they continued the confrontation in front of both of my daughters (ages 7 and 3). My children became scared and were crying, yet this was completely ignored. They also made hurtful and inaccurate assumptions instead of trying to understand what actually happened. I later spoke with Austin, who oversees Kindercare centers in the Sacramento area. He was very kind, understanding, and professional. He acknowledged that the situation was not handled appropriately and apologized for the experience. I truly appreciate his approach and believe he cares — unfortunately, that level of professionalism was not reflected by the staff at the Wood Creek center. Because of this experience, I withdrew my daughter. I do not recommend this place to anyone who expects respect, professionalism, and basic care for children’s emotional well-being.

  The teachers are caring, patient and attentive! Everyone here is resourceful and knowledgeable. Our kids enjoy coming everyday and the teachers truly are passionate. We have had a great experience here and we would highly recommend!

  I started my twins here in March of 2020; the first few weeks were great but unfortunately with the onset of the Covid pandemic we decided to keep them home for about 4 months. They were kind enough to hold our spots and when we were ready to come back in July they welcomed us back with open arms. Since then my sons have progressed so much and really enjoy their time at Kindercare. The staff is experienced and knowledgeable. They have great communication with my family about the activities and goals for each month. They are also open and upfront about any problems or issues that may arise (one of my sons was a biter for awhile) and they worked hard to help get things back on track. They are caring and affectionate with the children and my sons barely say goodbye to me at drop off these days. They look forward to their time at Kindercare. Highly recommended!

  I love this place! I've always been a fan of Kindercare and this by far has been the best one for my two boys. They are all great but this place is bigger, very clean, and you can tell they genuinely love the children they teach. They also always have good snacks for them when they leave everyday. My boys have learned so much and have become such better men it's crazy. To be honest, the price is a bit high but i'm not going to knock off a star over something they have no real control over considering childcare is high everywhere. Overall I would definitely recommend.
