My son was in that place an he would always have a bit or a scratch they never took care of my poor baby I feel so angry at myself, I should of took him out the first time he was hurt I would always asked an explanation and they would say it was another kid and they would not do anything about it, they thought with a letter it will fix my sons bite. He would always had a diaper rash and return him dirty too my poor baby I really encourage you took look somewhere else. I am so glad I found Kids Castle my son doesn't cry he's really happy and learning. Those people that give a five star rating to this place are people that don't care about there children they only care they have a place to stay for that they can go to work. PLEASE DON'T LET THIS PEOPLE MISS TREAT YOUR CHILD.

I submitted a web inquiry, and I just got a call back from the owner who completely lacked any sense of professionalism and desire to make a good first impression. After sounding annoyed that her response email to me did not go through, she asked "So...what can I do for you...?" Her tone was unkind and short. In that brief 1 minute phone call with her, I knew that I did not need to waste my time setting up a tour of the daycare, as I would never want to leave my child with someone like that. I replied that I was all set and did not need to schedule a tour. She responded, "Oh...is that right? Uhh, ok, cool." What kind of caretaker (and owner, much less) speaks to a potential parent/customer like that? I still went to the school and found it dirty and poorly managed! Please stay away.
