Ms. Nydia has exceeded all our expectations, she is loving, caring, nurturing, trustworthy, and attentive. She literally just told me all she cares about is “collecting her money.” I told her I’m a parent that has been trying to speak to you and she stated not no more. She was yelling at me on the phone I was calmly trying to speak to her then she hanged up on me. She didn’t care about what I was trying to speak to her about.
