She literally just told me all she cares about is “collecting her money.” I told her I’m a parent that has been trying to speak to you and she stated not no more. She was yelling at me on the phone I was calmly trying to speak to her then she hanged up on me. She didn’t care about what I was trying to speak to her about.

From the moment I toured the facility with Juanita, I was put at ease and felt the environment was a safe place with many involved instructors and caregivers. Be sure to download the super useful KinderCare app. The teachers upload all meal times, the day's activity and if supplied are needed. They do go through diapers frequently but i rather a diaper change every two hours than constant rashes. I've had to use the messaging feature and they always respond almost immediately. It's tough for working parents to find responsible, honest and caring childcare, especially for small children. The facilities hours are convenient for those of us at an 8-5.
