- LLLaurenAug 31, 20255.0A long overdue review! When our son started in the baby classroom at Downtown Kindercare in August, 2018, we were nervous about the less than stellar online reviews. Fortunately, we've had nothing but positive experiences, especially when director Nancy took over a short time after we started. We sent our daughter there in Fall 2020, and for over six years, Kindercare was like our family away from home. We made lasting friendships and are incredibly grateful to the teachers and staff for the safe and fun learning environment that they provided to our two kids. We will always hold Kindercare fondly in our memories. It was an emotional day when the kids graduated!

I want to give a huge shoutout to the main Teacher Melissa, who has been absolutely wonderful to our baby. She has made all the difference in our journey here. When our baby started at just seven months old, we couldn't have imagined she would be so happy to come to the center every day, now that she is almost 15 months and ready to move up! The photos you all post on the app are so cherished, and the communication has always been kind, professional, and thoughtful. Your care is both personalized and well-structured, and it's clear you're not just teachers—you are raising our baby alongside us. You always listen and respond with such care, and for that, I am incredibly grateful. I couldn't recommend this Palo Alto downtown KinderCare more! A special thank you also goes to Ms. Mery, Cass, and Director Nancy, who are all awesome and amazing. We can't wait for our baby to begin her new class and will share more updates then!

- TWTaylor WillsAug 17, 20161.0One day my daughter wanted to go to restroom during the nap time. She asked the Director JANISE TOMPKINS to take her to the restroom. The Director JANISE told my daughter she already had too many kids wanting to go to restroom and could not take more. My daughter was even told: “Don’t lie to your teacher, just because you don’t want to sleep during nap time. I know you just want to go outside to play.” My daughter told the Director JANISE she really wanted to pee and begged the Director JANISE to please allow her to use restroom immediately. The Director JANISE still did not listen to my daughter after my daughter's persistence. After the kids were back to the classroom, the Director JANISE left the classroom immediately. It seemed like She completely ignored my daughter's request of going to restroom. Later my daughter couldn’t bear any more and peed to her pants.
