- LLLaurenAug 31, 20255.0A long overdue review! When our son started in the baby classroom at Downtown Kindercare in August, 2018, we were nervous about the less than stellar online reviews. Fortunately, we've had nothing but positive experiences, especially when director Nancy took over a short time after we started. We sent our daughter there in Fall 2020, and for over six years, Kindercare was like our family away from home. We made lasting friendships and are incredibly grateful to the teachers and staff for the safe and fun learning environment that they provided to our two kids. We will always hold Kindercare fondly in our memories. It was an emotional day when the kids graduated!

- DRDan RiskinDec 14, 20231.0I joined the wait list before my daughter was born. Cassandra worked with us. We learned a half a year later that there was one step in the process that wasn't completed. We asked if Cassandra could put us back on the waitlist from the date we first went through the process. Cassandra had no sympathy. Since then, we've been waiting to come off the waitlist. We know others who were taken off the waitlist even from application after we were properly in the system. We've called KinderCare several times, but been blown off. There has been no follow up from them. Overall, this was a bad experience.
