  It was great experience. The instructor Diana was amazing! It was fun and informative. I left with a lot more knowledge then I entered with and it was a good time. Would recommend for others looking to be certified!

  When I signed up over the phone the class time said 2-6. My email states start time 1pm. I asked the man over the phone he said he would get back to me. Day of the course I called and called and no one answered. Online the class said 2-6. So I showed up at 2 and I was an hour late. The instructor said she would let it slide but if I fail the test I had to pay her $20 to retake. I didn’t see any machine there so where is the money going to? Her pocket? The instructor was good enough to get the point across. The facility was pretty gross ..no soap or paper towel or dryer in the women’s bathroom …. The building itself looks like it’s under construction. For a well known company across Canada you would think they would have an administration team to help paying customers.

  Had my First Aid/CPR training here at the Windsor location and it was a great experience. I had Diana as my instructor and I couldn’t have asked for a better one. She was very insightful, engaging, and fun. I would recommend this place 1000%!
