  Penny was a great instructor!! The day was split up very nicely (just like how the online portion is organized), with lots of hands on activities which was very engaging. She added personal tidbits which made encoding and understanding the material much easier! Great course, great instructor, and a great time!

  I had a great experience taking the First Aid course with Chuck Farkas. He was professional, knowledgeable, and explained everything clearly. The class was practical and easy to follow, and he made sure everyone understood the key first aid skills. I would definitely recommend Chuck as a First Aid instructor.

He explained the material clearly, demonstrated all practical skills thoroughly, and created a supportive and engaging learning environment. His professionalism, patience, and extensive knowledge made the course both informative and enjoyable. I highly recommend Chuck Farkas to anyone taking the Intermediate/Standard First Aid & CPR/AED Level C course.
