  Joyal Fernandez was an excellent Standard First Aid instructor. He explained everything clearly, kept the class engaging, and made sure everyone felt confident in their skills. He created a comfortable learning environment, encouraged questions, and was patient and supportive throughout the training. You can tell he genuinely cares about his students’ success. I highly recommend taking your first aid training with him.

  Joyal was our instructor he did a great job helped throughout the training and provided proper knowledge about all the procedures and made the experience good!!!

  Very fun demonstration, Joyal gave me a wonderful learning experience allowing me to refresh my first aid knowledge for lifeguarding and allowed me to feel more confident doing first aid.

  I liked the professional consultation on which course to choose and the ase of booking and accessing the portal for Blended Certification. Charlie was an active instructor who added some light moments to our intense full day of training at the centre which is conveniently located near the ION rail and bus service as well as nearby cafes to grab a quick snack and coffee. I would recommend this centre which is affiliated with The Red Cross Canada.

  I had a great experience during my in-person CPR and First Aid training. The instructor was very knowledgeable, patient, and explained every topic clearly. They made the class interactive and ensured everyone understood the skills before moving on. The hands-on practice was very helpful and gave me confidence in performing CPR and using an AED.
