  Second year with Mountainview location. It was my baby ever with other then my self. She had a very hard time with that transition, but all her teachers were great. She loved the class she is in so much that even on my days of She asks to go. She loves her teachers, the activities, friends. Thank you

  My company's backup care assigned my son to this preschool for a day. As it was an unfamiliar place for him, he was feeling quite unsettled and hesitant. I was deeply concerned when I arrived for pickup to find him being punished by staff – made to sit on a bench because he was upset and didn't want to put on his shoes. Instead of a gentle approach to his distress, I saw him being handled roughly and placed heavily onto an iron bench while he was crying. He later shared that the teacher had been very angry with him. Beyond this upsetting incident, the preschool environment was very disorganized, with children of different ages mixed together and no distinct areas. Shortly after this experience, my son became very ill with severe Influenza B symptoms. Based on how my son was treated and the conditions I observed, I strongly caution against sending children here.

  Our little one has attended this KinderCare facility for almost 3.5 years. In that time, we’ve seen how there are teachers who deeply care about and genuinely love our little one. Their attention to appropriate developmental curriculum is very much appreciated too. Compared to cousins and family friends who are older than our child, we saw how our child and their KinderCare friends could crawl, walk, talk, color, and were completely potty trained significantly quicker thanks to the attention of this KinderCare team. The hours are also very helpful for guardians who have to work earlier or later hours. I also personally appreciate their attention to culturally inclusive books and activities. Finally, I am grateful that when our child needs special accommodations, the site directors have been creative and knowledgeable in ensuring our child gets the support they need.
