  Worst daycare, don't bring your child here! The teachers are the worst they have no structure basically they put all the kids in one room to run around. I had the worst experience with my son. They did not teach anything educational to him.

  Some of the personal don't know how to speak with parents when health issues arise about there child and don't handle the situation and resolved it

  I just witnessed Mrs Gladys roughly grab and yell at a little girl in the preschool room. It was so severe that the little girl immediately began flexing her hands and rotating her wrist upon Mrs Gladys releasing her from her grips. After this, i then observed Mrs Gladys yell at the girl in her face that she told her to get up and go sit over in the circle time area. I let her know immediately that I saw what she did. I told the director who told me that Mrs Gladys was here for 10 years and that she never had a complaint. She also told me that she was going to investigate it. I got my kids and asked for a refund of the days not used and the director did initiate the refund but it will take 4 to 6 weeks to obtain it. I am waiting for the police as we speak to make sure this is followed through with. I am so hurt. I really need the daycare services but i do not feel comfortable leaving my children here. This was only the third day. Between myself and others who were permitted to take and pick up my children from the facility, the observations were all the same. It does not give off a clean, well maintained, and orderly appeal. Some of the teachers unfortunately look inexperienced and have a lack of patience and initiative. No one will ever treat your kids how you will granted, but parents please never be so desperate to toss your kids off to these places. The people that we entrust to care for our children while we are working hard to provide for them don't always have there best interests at heart. I have class in a matter of hours and dont have babysitting now.
