I had such an amazing experience getting a facial from my mom, Ashley! She is truly incredible at what she does! From start to finish, she was so professional, attentive, and detail-oriented. She really took the time to understand my skin’s needs and customized everything perfectly.
What stood out the most was how precise and thorough she is. Every step felt intentional, and you can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and their results. My skin felt refreshed, glowing, and so much healthier afterward.
Not only is she talented, but she also creates such a relaxing and comfortable environment. I left feeling completely pampered and confident in my skin.
I would 100% recommend her to anyone looking for a high-quality facial.
Kaydee Rankin is amazing! She was friendly and open to all my ideas. She helped me narrow down exactly what I wanted. I got all over highlights and a haircut. She surpassed my expectations, and I love my new hair! Definitely make an appointment with her!!

Been coming here for 8ish years and every time has been lovely. I know this is a teaching school. But the esthetician student had a heavy hand and rushed through everything. Went to an evening session and fairly certain they put sunscreen on me even after I asked “why are you putting sunscreen on me at 8:30pm?” She claimed it was protocol. When I paid, I asked the front desk why students are told to put sunscreen on evening clients. They hustled to remedy the situation fast which was great - only reason for the second star. The instructor reassured me that she prepped the items that the students used and it wasn’t sunscreen- but the student was trying to advise me on using sunscreen. I’m pretty certain it was sunscreen. It went on after the mask and before the moisturizer. It sure as heck wasn’t serum.

I’ve been coming to get manicure, perms, & wash & set. The contact has improved. The students now introduce themselves, and ask more detailed questions than previously.
Pricing has changed though. As a senior citizen every penny counts in these hard economic times. Unfortunately, I’m getting charged on hair care not done or required for my hair styling. I will have to bring it to their attention. As well pay greater attention to the bill. If pricing needs to change, change it. But don’t nickel & dime your customers. Value us as we value each student and services at Paul Mitchell’s.

I paid for a facial and felt like I didn’t get what I normally get when I use your services. Of a group of people I was the last one in and when the girls started to work on me, she left me for a long time. My friend asked her technician why she didn’t have any steam for her face and was told that we’re all broken. If you’re set, prices are supposed to cover items listed for a facial then maybe lower the price if equipment is broken. How are students supposed to learn if their equipment is Aunt up and running? Also they pay a lot of money to go to that school so everyone’s losing out
