  Our child has been going to the Milpitas Kindercare daycare center for nearly a year now - starting with the infant room and now in the toddler room. Throughout this time, we have been impressed with the staff's level of care and support. From the moment we walk in each morning, we are greeted with warm smiles and a welcoming environment that immediately puts our minds at ease. The facility itself is spacious and well-maintained, and the classrooms are well-equipped. But what sets this daycare apart is the quality of the staff - Ms. Marisu, Ms. Herlinda, Ms. Shima, Ms. Yesenia, Ms. Fara, and many more. Every single person we interacted with has been kind, patient, and genuinely cared about the well-being of our child. I want to thank Ms Marisu especially - she took the time to get to know our child's needs and interests and went out of her way to ensure he was comfortable and happy throughout the day. She supported us through his various transitions - from milk to puree to solids, bottle to straw/sippy cups. Overall, I cannot recommend this daycare facility enough.

  This place is something else, my son had gone here and it seemed i was always having to pick him up. I would also hear yelling amongst the staff. Ive heard teachers complain on how short staff they were or they had to many kids in their class. My son had got sick with covid, rsv, and a couple of other sicknesses. I get kids will get sick but he was getting worse and worse. Ive heard a few teachers also mention that they need to sanitize more. I definitely would not recommend this location at all. With so many other child services out here in the bay area and other kindercare locations this place is definitely a 1 star.

  Our daughter has been going to the class for 2-3 year olds for almost a year. We love the school and her teachers and she looks forward to school every day. Great daily communication through the online app, and whenever I email or call, I receive thorough and timely follow-up. Very sweet and caring staff. The covid restrictions are very sound but still a good system for pick up and drop off and we have had zero issues. The staff has transitioned well to online parent/teacher conferences and "classroom visits" so we still get a sense of what is going on in her class. Our daughter has not been sick one time due to increased screening procedures and cleaning. Great balance of structured activities that are age appropriate balanced with free play indoors and out. Great value for a safe and happy little school.

  I was shocked at how bad this place is. We came from boston and kindercare being a reputable chain was our 1st choice. However, we removed our 2 y/o from there in 2 weeks. Very disorganized, lack of communication ( my son was using a water bottle unwashed fot whole 2 weeks as they "forgot" to communicate with us that they do not wash bottles which they asked us to vring and nor did they send it back. The teachers are mostly lazy, do not get up from their seats to soothe a crying kid and do not do any activitues there. One say he came with a scratch on his face and that was not communicated, when asked was told they did not think it was a "big deal." I am a psychiatrist and it scares me to think of what happens when he falls on hus head and I am not told . Save yourself from being sorry and stay safe far away from this Kindercare.
