  I do not recommend this place at all as they will gaslight you, especially Loretta the director. She will give you attitude after kids are enrolled into the day care. She stated that the kids would eat breakfast even if we got there at 8:28am, but she did not live up to this word. I would get there at 8:25am and my child would t even receive a greeting nor breakfast from the teachers as Loretta guaranteed us upon enrolling them into the preschool. Another thing, I had given them a restraining order, which explicitly stated that the father was not to approach the daycare. What did they do? They let the father pick up the kids from daycare, exposing them to unsafe behavior, and neglecting the court order I had given them. If you want gaslighters as directors and teachers, unstructured environment, corporate / business oriented childcare center, inattentiveness, short-handed, unqualified (and possibly criminals) as teachers, consistent breaches of promises they claim to make, and a neglectful daycare, the doors are open for you at kindercare west. This daycare lacks integrity and accountability. Please do not respond to this KinderCare West; there is no need to. Just accept and be accountable of the aforementioned. They don't even follow proper protocols as requested on the emergency contact card. Their administration lacks structure and do not know how to handle situations when a child needs URGENT medical care. Instead they will point fingers and not follow what has been written on the paperwork as instructed in WRITING to do so. That in itself, Shows how much they pay respect and give attention to detail in the paperwork that pertains to your child's health. Nonetheless, they will also speak about you in front of you with their colleagues and jeer at you. How insulting; this is the worst disgrace of discrimination I've ever felt in my life.

  I took my daughter to tour this facility and the lady that was there was so rude we supposed to do a tour and she showed me one thing. Then stood there with a blank face as if she was impatient and ready for me to leave. Not friendly at all it didn’t seem like she wanted to help. I wouldn’t take my child here due to the lack of communication and friendliness, I didn’t feel welcomed and I’m not sure if I want my child here due to how this lady presented her self to me. Horrible experience.

  I truly believe this KinderCare has got to be the best daycare in the AV! It is well run and staffed with people who absolutely adore our baby. We’ve been there about a year now and have had nothing but great experiences. Our baby smiles ear to ear whenever we drop her off and is warmly greeted by the ladies in the infant room. We toured about 5 daycares before selecting this KinderCare and could not be happier!

  They have a great curriculum, super clean facilities, and the staff is great. Because they're such a big facility, they are really flexible with their hours and days the kids come. I've had both of my children go here at different times for the last 4 years. The only down side isn't really in their control. Other kids have been trouble for my kids. My daughter even broke her wrist because another kid pushed her off the slid. (They handled it well)
