  My experience at Kindercare East was not great. My child has allergies and kept getting sent home even with a doctors note explaining she was not sick. Ms. Genesis the director was not understanding or accommodating at all. I will be removing my child from there.

  My child has been going to Kindercare since she was 2 months and is now a year old and it has been the best experience so far. The teachers and directors are so friendly and personable, very welcoming. My child is learning so much about themself and others. They care for them like they are their own children. Most of the teachers have kids themselves but don't treat the other kids in their care like 2nd class citizens. They are just as invested in their well being as any parent would. Its easy to communicate with your children's teachers or directors. Plus they have an app that allows you to get reports on them daily and even get photos of them throughout the day. They take the pandemic seriously and go to great lengths to protect the children in their care which puts me at ease. Masks required for age 3 and up for anyone inside the facility. 1 family at a time can enter the facility with 1 person designated from each family to fo drop off and pick up (if possible). They have regularly scheduled sanitization throughout the day. This daycare is everything I hoped for and more. So glad I found them.

  I love KinderCare my child has been attending KinderCare for almost a year and I absolutely love it my daughter learned so much over the time . Staff is nice build and classrooms are clean 😁 I give KinderCare 5 stars.
