Our daughter started there around 16 months old and the adjustment took about a week but she THRIVED there. You can truly tell how much the teachers care about the kids and how enriching they are in their lives. She learned so much and we are forever grateful to be a part of the Beacon family!

There is a widespread culture of staff protecting staff at all costs while keeping parents in the dark. Remember they are a large corporation highly motivated by profit over quality of care. They cut corners whenever possible, which means hiring unqualified, underpaid teachers and tolerating mismanagement. Your child will experience a high turn over among caregivers and sadly, sub-par care. As a parent you will be deceived. I witnessed alarming abuse in two classrooms over the two week period I worked there. I reported them to CPS and resigned. I watched as the Director- who is still at the facility- witnessed some of this abuse and ignored it. She was looking through the window and turned a blind eye. There are no cameras in the classrooms, which was her choice. Best wishes finding excellent, loving care for your child.
