From day one, the teachers have been incredibly caring, kind, and always open to feedback. It meant so much to us to know our children were in such nurturing hands. Our younger son, in particular, has always been so happy there and never once complained about anything – a true testament to the positive environment they create. The facility itself is consistently clean and well-organized, and we've never had any concerns about the lunches or snacks provided. It's clear they prioritize the children's well-being. We've also always felt confident in their commitment to safety, with their secure passcode entry and robust safety protocols. The teachers are very attentive to our kids (thanks Ms. Fey, Ms. Racquel, and others!) and the branch director(s) Ms. Iris and Ms. Ivy are friendly and caring.
